It near the DLR station but far from town. The view is nice and the staff is very helpful

Comfortable stay and nice breakfast. No thrills but you get what you pay for and the room was absolutely fine - would happily recommend

Good breakfast. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly with warm smiles. Insufficient air conditioning in the hotel room.

Stayed one night, the staff very helpful. The person on the check-in desk gave me a complimentary free drink at the bar. Room was great, peaceful with blackout curtains.

Room opposite the loft wasn’t a great start and only half a roll of toilet paper so had to ask for more.when we go for comic con hotels always bump up the price which is wrong however we always end up here as it’s super close to excel.bar food downstairs is quite expensive but convenient as well as little supermarket to get snacks overall not a bad room.it was enough for our needs

Room was tired, humming electrical sound, hair left in the shower, no hand towel. Good breakfast, good location for the Excel and the O2 (via the cable car).

Receptionists very friendly, accommodating and appreciative about my home country. The hotel is clean which is 5star. Staff is knowledgeable about coffee as i was there to attend coffee business expo at ExCel. Room nice and warm. Slept well

Great value and perfect location for passport renewal etc. Small but well designed. Some nice restaurants nearby. Would stay again.
