The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and filled with natural light. Everything felt brand new and very quiet — perfect for relaxing after a long day in the city. The bathroom was luxurious with a rain shower, large soaking tub, and double vanity. I especially appreciated the thoughtful details like blackout curtains and Molton Brown amenities.

I’ve been staying at Park Hyatt properties recently and this new one in London definitely did not disappoint! Everything is super new (being open from just 3 months or so), and so peaceful with not many other guests around

住酒店還得是國際連鎖，品質有保證，此行一共住了10個酒店，柏悦是最靠譜的一家，環境優美，服務在線，免費提供牙刷牙膏、拖鞋還有梳子，這個必須大書特書，英國和愛爾蘭大部分酒店衹要問他們要可以提供牙刷、牙膏拖鞋，部分酒店拖鞋要收費提供，但是提供梳子的酒店很少，此行衹有2個酒店提供，相比較而言凱悦的梳子還要好一點。酒店離地鐵站步行七八分鐘吧，我們拖着35公斤的行李也都走過來了，我覺得一般來説都沒問題。離碼頭也很近，步行2分鐘，坐Uber船去大本鐘、倫敦眼、倫敦塔橋都超級方便，去倫敦塔橋9.5鎊一個人。酒店有中餐廳，酒吧的飲品都很好。但是介紹頁面説無按金入住，這個訊息不準確哦，需要200鎊預授權。
