The whole experience with the hotel was perfectly fine. I'd like to express my gratitude to a girl at the reception desk who provided me with friendly and welcoming service while checking in. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the girl, but I do remember the date of my arrival. It was in the evening on the 27th of February 2025. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I would 100% stay here again. We have had a series of disappointing hotel stays in the US and this hotel made me feel good about the world of the hospitality industry again. We stayed in a bigger room for nine days, travelled with FOUR suitcases and the room worked perfectly. While generally speaking I can always find something to complain about :) I really can't with this hotel stay :) We WILL book here again the next time we come to the UK.

The hotel was great and the room was bigger than we were expecting. The bed was very comfortable but could have done with 2 pillows each rather than just one ( no spares in room to use) and the bathroom was lovely. The only thing that let it down was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. It was available downstairs in the bar but no good if you want it when you wake up and don’t want to get dressed an go downstairs to bring back up to room

Great hotel , excellent value for money ! Comfortable compact room , everything digital - no conventional light switches here ! Complimentary water , free tea and coffee served in the basement restaurant. Very comfortable bed too . Newish hotel ( 2 years old ) that is clean , modern , in a great location and has amazing staff who really go above and beyond I would definitely recommend for a short stay in London

Brilliant! Close to major bus routes for London Termini. Easy walk to Regent’s Park for the zoo and all the wonders of Camden. Lovely staff and nice bar area with complimentary coffee. Small rooms as is usual for Hub format but very comfortable and quiet.

Brilliant location, modern, clean with friendly staff. 2 min walk from camden tube station. Rooms modern and clean, small but ideal for a couple. Free coffee and tea in lounge area 24 hours. Staff friendly. Water provided staff friendly and helpful

Perfect stay. Perfect staff. Clean and friendly. Just perfect. The hotel is in a great position close to everything, the rooms are surprisingly large and the showers are hot. Everyone we encountered was simply charming...nothing was too much effort for the staff. Perfect.

Inspight of asking the helpful staff to fix the faults, the controls that set the heating, lighting and ventilation in the small room did not work. Sleep was difficult because of the heat. Premier Inns have always been great value, but I. won't stay in a "Hub" again.

This hotel is 💯 perfect absolutely spotless. Breakfast was value for money their was a lot of choice ,the staff was helpful in every way a special thank you to Collins who had so much knowledge, and was so helpful he was a 5 star host . Will definitely be returning. Especially with staff as present as these were.. Thank you Diane & Tony Byron
