cleaning room service needs to be requested in advance at the front desk. However, even after making the request, the cleaning service was consistently overlooked. Simple requests such as towel replacements were missed multiple times within a week.
The room was generally clean, and the hairdryer had sufficient power.

the rooms are clean and have big window, the windows are double glass so i cannot hear the noise from the street.
the staffs are very nice and helpful, the lounge and waiting areas are real big and comfortable

房間比較大，28吋箱子完全攤得來，有書桌，有單人沙發，感覺比之前一樣價位的另一家酒店寬敞。窗户是雙層的，臨街的房間也一點聽不到聲音。衞生間也比較大，是我很滿意的一家酒店。

We stayed for one night whilst attending an event at the Eventim Apollo - it's literally less than five minute walk away. Also very close to Tube/Bus Stations Easy check in. Room (Plus) on third floor facing major road but was incredibly quiet. Clean and comfortable but had a slight smoky smell. Not enough to cause major issue and reported it to Reception on checking-out Dined in Bar and Block which was fine but didn't include Breakfast in our stay Would definitely stay again if returning to the Apollo
