Premier Inn London Hammersmith (Shepherds Bush Road)

cleaning room service needs to be requested in advance at the front desk. However, even after making the request, the cleaning service was consistently overlooked. Simple requests such as towel replacements were missed multiple times within a week. The room was generally clean, and the hairdryer had sufficient power.

the rooms are clean and have big window, the windows are double glass so i cannot hear the noise from the street. the staffs are very nice and helpful, the lounge and waiting areas are real big and comfortable the nearby areas are real cool

Stayed at Premier Inn Hammersmith which has the closest to the conference being held at the Novotel hotel, the Premier Inn was excellent, comfortable room, great breakfast and very helpful staff.

Bed bugs in the room, staff does not bother to care. No room change, no disinfection, no cleaning. Staff just accusing customer bring the bed bugs into the room without any inspection, no solution, just say “take it, or you leave for another hotel”. No empathy, no mercy. Staff has not train to provide any sort of service at all. Worst hotel in my entire trip.

Quiet, clean , comfortable beds and excellent location as it is 3 minute walk from the tube station. Would go back in a heartbeat! Highly recommend. Friendly staff who were very obliging when we couldn’t work out how to make up the spare trundle bed!

Location ideal for transport links, check-in welcoming, first night sleep was good, 1st morning shower almost scalded by uncontrollable hot water. shower control had jammed in full hot position, not impressed with response from duty manager who sprayed control with some lubricant and twisted it and said now working, she could not understand I was almost scalded and that they nearly had a claim laid against them for physical damages. eventually moved room and however the issue with the shower control was similar , I had to let the shower cool down before being able to move the control to a suitable position to get some hot ( not scalding ) water. I believe they need to have all showers checked to see if control valves need replacing. Also a request to have to room cleaned next day was not carried out therefore leaving us with no clean towels or clean room. would not stay here again

Very Close to shops, restaurants and tube station for easy access to central London. Very comfortable
