Twyne House Apartments

The apartment was very small and absolutely not clean. The service was extremely poor. There was a man named Mehdi who was honestly disgusting in every way — his behavior was rude and disrespectful. He took a €500 deposit from us without informing us in advance. Check-in was at 3:00 PM, and check-out was at 10:00 AM, unlike most hotels where it's at 12:00 PM. We were 5 friends and booked an apartment for 5 people, but they gave us a place suitable for 4 or even less. The bed was way too small. He refused to give us more than one key and treated us terribly throughout our stay. The apartment was very old, the air conditioning barely worked, and the place was in a dangerous neighborhood full of thieves. The apartment was dirty and in a disgusting condition when we arrived. In short, the apartment was not good at all — especially because of Mehdi. He is an extremely disgusting person and has absolutely nothing to do with the hospitality industry.

They are black mailer. Very rude staff i stayed 10days and 10.00am he knocked me and told leave in 10min . They checout 10.00am. Only get cash . I complianed govt dept already on this. They not paying any tax. Avoid them apartment quality is very low.

Appartamento abbastanza ampio, luminoso ma pecca nella pulizia...sul piano cottura c'era polvere ferma lì da giorni, il bollitore era incrostato di calcare e il frigo aveva un odore sgradevole...la cucina è dotata solo di padelle e pentole nel senso che se volevamo cucinare qlcs dovevamo passare prima da un supermercato xché manca tutto,dal sale ai tovaglioli, zucchero etc. Occhio alla cauzione di 500£. che sì vi verranno restituite dopo che il gestore della struttura avrà perlustrato l'appartamento prima del check out...e preparate anche 60£. che vi verranno chieste x la pulizia della camera(che nn vi verranno restituite!..anzi)...e che nn era affatto menzionato all'atto della prenotazione! Per quanto abbiamo pagato x 3 notti ci è sembrato un furto davvero dover pagare altre 60£ x la pulizia.
