The lift broke down and I had to carry my luggage down the stairs… worst experience ever

It was a nice, comfortable stay. The hotel is few mins walk from the tube (District Line). The was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The English breakfast was also good with many options to eat. Overall, a good place to stay.

Hospitality of the reception is very warm and friendly. The rooms are very clean and the entrance area is attractive.

The room is reasonable size but the interior is a bit old. It is located very near to Ealing Common Station and within walkable distance to Ealing Broadway Station whereby there are more shops down there. The hotel restaurant staffs are very friendly and they always welcome you with a big smile and hello to brighten your day.

Perfect place to hop into London on the tube, only 40 mins to Piccadilly Circus. Welcome cookie on arrival, great breakfast and welcoming staff.

They messed up my booking and locked me out of my room. But problem solved smoothly.
