Excellent
CCheskaOne of the best hotels weâve stayed at. It has perfect location as there are a lot of shops around it and its near in the arena where we attended a concert. The staff were friendly and helpful, we also had pur own kitchen in our room. We will definetely come back again  next year.

AAnonymous UserThe location is not in the city centre, you can go there by metro - stop at Wembley Park Station and then walk by 15 minutes, or by railway and stop at Wembley Stadium Station, walk by 5 minutes.
There is a fashion outlet nearby and lots of convenience shops and restaurants, so you can get what you want.
The room is spacious and the duvet sand pillows are very comfortable, you can have a good sleep. The check in and out procedure are very efficient. I was onlyv disappointed with the bad smell in the washroom. The overall rating for this hotel is valuable. I will come back again next time.

GGuest UserA nice and cosy hotel central to the happening places in Wembley, the mall, the train station and other places, not to forget the Wembley Stadium. In terms of my stay it was pleasant even though the hotel can improve on a few things, for instance, including a dustbin in the room and the housekeeping did not clean the previous day rubbish even though I left a cleaning tag on the door handle. Overall a positive stay.

AAyoubSlow service customer desk was rude. Asking me personal questions like what are you doing in the hotel? Why did you book a hotel asking me who my girlfriend is and why sheâs staying with me. Iâm really unhappy about this. Then I asked for a spoon and it took 35 mins for me to get a spoon to my room.
I recommend not booking this place and I will never stay again.

GGuest UserBeautiful room. Itâs got everything you need: fridge, microwave, iron, ironing board and a hairdryer. Could do with a mirror in the room but apart from this everything was lovely. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff so friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a lovely time.

GGuest User1. The hotel's check-in instructions will be put in the trash by the mailbox, and we are not the only ones to encounter this. Therefore, the day before check-in, be sure to check the trash can in your mailbox.
2. The area around the apartment is very convenient. Costa cafes, supermarkets of various sizes, and street fast food restaurants are all very close.
3. The hotel has a parking lot, but you cannot choose it when booking. Therefore, you must contact the hotel via email one day in advance. After booking a parking space and paying the parking fee, you will receive instructions for entering and exiting the parking lot.
4. The apartment has two entrances, so you need to pay attention to which room you booked. The entrance with the smaller apt number is on the high road, next to the bus station. The entrance with the large apt number is at the entrance of a small road.
5. Do not try to contact the management staff by phone, because their phone numbers cannot be reached at all. However, they reply to emails very quickly.

SSeñorHotelNot a bad hotel just a stones throw from the arena. Rooms weren't super stylish but clean and adequate for a business stopover. Bar down stairs and reception staff happy to help with anything. Parking available which for Wembley is a blessing. I will stay there again or work. For romance no, but for work then yes.

The bar and beer garden was fab. The staff were absolutely great and couldnât do enough. The food smelt amazing (although we unfort didnât eat there)
Def would recommend. Location 2-3 mins from Wembley way / Stadium

AAnonymous UserYou need to pay a 10-pound handling fee to check in. The service is very good, the facilities are relatively old, and the room is relatively clean. If you want to clean the room, you need to go to the front desk to request it before ten o'clock every day. The transportation is very convenient, with the subway station across the road and a five-minute walk from Wembley Stadium. Surrounding supermarkets, small shops, McDonald's, Chinese food, and fried chicken are all very convenient, basically only a five to ten-minute walk away
