Subject: Extremely Disappointing Stay Experience
I recently stayed at your hotel and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience, especially considering the price point of around ₹4,000 per night. Here are the issues I faced:
Drinking Water: We were not provided with sealed bottled water. Instead, glass bottles filled with water were offered, and staff claimed it was Bisleri, which is unacceptable. Only after escalating the issue did they finally provide proper bottled water.
Air Conditioning: Despite setting the AC to 18°C, there was no noticeable cooling in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable.
Television Quality: The TV displayed distorted, colorful lines, making it difficult and unpleasant to watch.
Hygiene: The bed sheets and blankets were in very poor condition and had a foul smell, indicating a lack of hygiene and cleanliness.
Breakfast Options: On previous visits, the breakfast spread had a good variety. This time, only 3–4 limited items were available, which was disappointing.
Bathroom Maintenance: The taps and shower were outdated, water pressure was extremely low, and there was waterlogging in the bathroom. I had to call housekeeping to address this issue.
Overall, this experience was far below expectations, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take corrective measures to improve the quality and standards at your property.
