Excellent staff, tasty food, cleanliness maintained, and wonderful hospitality. Centrally located with market and food joints nearby. Reaching bus depot and railway station is so convenient.

Pros: location cons: old construction. Need to renovate it immediately. Wash rooms are very dirty and stinky. Never opt with breakfast option. It's a waste of money. Zero -1 star to break fast overall it's below average comfort with comparatively high prices. Suggestion: better to choose good resort in same or less budget

All services were excellent. Specially the food, i loved the traditional thali in dinner with lots of food dishes, all vegetarian dishes. Thank you hotel chandralok and make my trip for making me and my wife's first visit to lonavala.

For the rates they charge, the rooms should have been kept much neat and tidy. The window curtains had stains all over them. Toiletries were below average. The biggest advantage of this property is its location right in the centre of the town and its ample parking space. I had a very odd experience at the in-house restaurant. I had reached the hotel around 1. 20 pm. During check-in, i inquired at the reception about the restaurant which is well known for its thalis. Do they serve ala cart as i was not that hungry the polite receptionist responded positively. When i sat down in the restaurant i inquired once again with the steward who denied it and said its only a thali system. But to my surprise, when i went for the complimentary breakfast i again inquired about the same withe waiter to which he responded positively. This left a bad impression on me.
