There is no lift facility. Air conditioning not working. Breakfast service not as per satisfaction. Location was good but no pick up n drop service available. Rooms are not cleaned. Not satisfied with service

It was very wonderful experience at this hotel Staff was very kind during lunch and dinner time . They also maintain hygiene in the room as well as in the restaurant. The view was dry pleasant from room. My overall experience is best at this hotel

We are staying at emerald from 04th August. Service from restaurant is amazing. We like the test of food and Service. Housekeeping department is very wise in Service. Hotel is located in the city center. Front office staff is attentive and supporting.

Rooms are in recent style. Location is near to the market. We loved every bit of stay at emerld lonavala. The staff is lovely and we would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfortable stay in lonavala. They also have inhouse restaurant.

I found emerald retreat a decent and budget hotel in lonavala. Clean rooms and good sleep quality. The buffet breakfast was too yummy. We both enjoyed a well laid out buffet. Hotel is very close to old mumbai pune Highway and located in the heart of the city.
