The staff are too young, unerfaren, apathic, unmotivated, uninterested, not proactive and speak no English. The fact that the owner is not present is very noticeable. It's like the resort has no priority for the owner. The common spaces are poorly maintained and are uncomfortable. Overall waste / plastic is located on the river's shore. Grass is not newly seeded, no thrown and badly weakened and harvested. Over dead leaves are hanged on the trees. No flowers or fun Dayak art. Breakfast is too limited and is pre-prepared. Nasi and bami are served as breakfast cold and flavorless without asking for the guests whether vegetarian. No milk for in coffee or fruit.
