Stafnya terlalu muda, tidak berpengalaman, apatis, tidak termotivasi, tidak tertarik, tidak proaktif dan tidak bisa berbahasa Inggris. Sangat terlihat bahwa pemiliknya tidak hadir. Tampaknya resor tersebut bukan prioritas pemiliknya. Area umum tidak terawat dan tidak menyenangkan. Sampah/plastik berserakan dimana-mana di bantaran sungai. Rumput tidak ditabur, tidak ada air, dan penyapuan dan penggarukan buruk. Daun-daun mati bergelantungan di pohon. Tidak ada bunga atau kesenian Dayak yang bagus di mana pun. Sarapannya terlalu terbatas dan disiapkan terlebih dahulu. Nasi dan mie untuk sarapan disajikan dingin dan hambar tanpa menanyakan terlebih dahulu apakah tamunya vegetarian. Tidak ada susu untuk kopi dan tidak ada buah.
