"Due to a country wide power outage my bus was delayed and I arrived late at 7.15pm to find the pension locked. There was a scrawled note that was difficult to read but with the help of a neighbour I found out it was her home address but when we went there she was not home and again, when we checked the pension, locked and no answer. I had to stay in an expensive hotel and when I contacted her re a refund, she refused."

"The hotel is very clinical and feels like you are stopping in a nice hospital. The rooms are not well sound proofed and very minimal decor. The breakfast is nice enough but is in a school canteen/ hospital type room. The place is very basic and has no warmth or niceness about it. I think if it was a 1 or maybe 2 star then fair enough but 3 is very generous! There just be lots of better options in this lovely city."

"The location is perfect, right in the center. The receptionists aren't the friendliest. We also asked for a pillow, which they told us would be brought up to our room, and at night we had to go back downstairs to get it because they'd forgotten. The room was covered in dog and cat hair, and the bathroom wall had so many stains it was disgusting to touch."

"A good, no-frills hotel - with a pool! (its outside at the moment )and only open in the warmer months. Check with the hotel first if this is important to you.) Smack in the middle of town. Parking is, for the most-part, on-street...which bothered me but all was well. Reception is good, rooms are 'Premier-Inn' standard. Decent, no extras. The usb to charge your phone, is in the back of the tv.. bring a long cable and its a slow charge. Cafe/Bar on the ground floor is good."
