Cas Comte Suites & Spa - Adults Only

The small spa hotel reflected the simple quiet town of Lloseta. There was very little to do here, with nothing of interest nearby. If you stay in this small part of Mallorca be sure to have a car so you can drive elsewhere. There are limited choices for restaurants in this town which in the end, I wouldn’t recommend. The nearby bakeries are a good alternative for breakfast while staying at the hotel. The dining area/restaurant at the hotel was always empty throughout the stay which was unfortunate to see. The reason being might be because the dinner options were limited. We ordered Paella on the first night but were only allowed to eat this either in our room, by the pool, or on the terrace. The restaurant was reserved only for the tasting menu and tapas. Housekeeping did a great job on providing new towels and fresh sheets, however the reception/front of house could be more present and attentive. When checking in and out, a few simple gestures would go a long way. Helping with bags, asking how our stay was. Holding the door open as we leave, etc. If you go to this hotel, make use of the private spa. Between that and the pool, the rest was a very average experience. I would likely not stay here again.

My teenage daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful 5 days at the beginning of August. Comfortable well appointed rooms and a lovely comfy bed! The town is not touristy as expected however some great cafes and restaurants run by fab people! Great value and recommended. The spa is fab, massage well worth the money also he’s amazing! Some constructive criticism please - - no welcome document in the room. This would be of benefit. We caught the train to Inca on Wednesday - per chance a massive market. - car hire. I asked reception to ring, They wouldnt. No one spoke English until we arrived. Not awfully helpful.

My Husband & I stayed a week at this beautifully renovated mansion in the Village of Lloseta . We were comfortable in a Suite with sitting room & a small outside terrace. Breakfast was excellent , with a wide variety of fruit & eggs if required. We received a warm welcome & the waiting staff were friendly, the rooms were immaculately clean .A small pool on the roof was ideal just to cool off . Lloseta is a Village with hardly any tourists which was a perfect spot to explore Mallorca . An efficient & inexpensive train service enabled a visit to Palma , perfect . Local bars offered Tapas & Pizza of good quality . There were 2 other restaurants which served more refined cuisine. A superb week .

Beautiful hotel in Lloseta. Quiet & very peaceful. Lovely room overlooking the courtyard. Bed exceptionally comfortable. Large bathroom with hot tub & shower. Excellent staff. Just a five minute walk to the train station

We had a lovely stay at Cas Comte and the hotel does some things spectacularly, but some things need some work. The room was really nice, big and clean. We were allocated in another building which we weren’t aware of. After digesting this we decided it shouldn’t cause us any issue and we liked the room so stayed. However if you are spending a day by the pool and need the loo you have to walk all the way over to your building which is inconvenient (as no toilet by the pool only in your own room) Similarly if you go back to your room with your pool towels and then want to change for fresh ones for a shower - you again need to go to the main building again. Not a big problem but it was inconvenient. The mini bar was a nice touch but there was no info on prices which made us assume it was free - would be good to have some info on this and also around the cost to buy coffee pods for the machine. The room has no iron or board in the room, when I asked for one I was made to feel like I was asking for something incredibly surprising and rare. I worked in Mallorca for three years and know that irons do indeed exist in Mallorca. I don’t think it’s very unusual to want to iron your clothes after they have travelled in suitcases. Needless to say the guy at reception made no attempt to find me an iron. I instead asked the cleaning lady who returned 5 minutes later with an iron which she lent us. Apart from the above the stay was lovely, enjoyed the pool area, the room was lovely and big and the train to Palma really convenient. Would also recommend the local restaurant Tomeu Lassio too as it was superb.

Lovely hotel in a quiet location. The pool was great to cool off and plenty of sun beds for guests to use. Breakfast was delicious served on the beautiful terrace. I would have liked some information in the room regarding the mini bar and coffee.
