Hotel and Stuff are disgusting!!! Being on Facetime with my daughter whilst checking in and hearing first hand how the male receptionist was SHOUTING at her when she asked if the deposit was refundable, he would never speak to a man this way but felt it acceptable to intimidate two 19 yr old girls. And now its check out time and guess what...... Refund isnt working, they are now told he will try and do it in a couple of days!!!! Wowcher were called on checkin as the £100 deposit was. never agreed between Wowcher and hotel and guess what,,,,,,, male receptionist (Jose) refused to speak with them on the phone. All in all this hotel is a definate STAY AWAY FROM. The safe in the room had no lock mechinisium therefore couldnt use. the room was 'freezing' because the balcony doors had a large gap causing the outside air to come through. The room had a squashed flat spider on the kitchen area wall that appeared to be there for sometime and the room itself was more like a hostel. We had no expectations as this was a last minute cheap little get a way using WOWCHER, however this is the extreme! It wouldnt have been so bad if the staff were helpful but he did everything in his power to shout, be rude and intimidate two 19 year olds.

What an absolutely shocking hotel, from the moment my daughter and her friend arrived it’s been nothing but problems. Checking in the hotel man on the desk was rude loud and offensive to the girls. As I was on FaceTime to them helping with the check in situation. The weren’t made aware of an 100€ deposit, while trying to ask if this would be returned. He got quite rude. Then on check out theyve gone to ask for the deposit back and for some bizarre reason this isn’t working now. And asked to try again tomorrow. When they fly out today

Positives: Friendly staff at check in Cutlery, microwave and fridge freezer Well located in town centre Clean Balcony Comfortable bed and essential furniture, table, 2 chairs. Nice powerful and warm shower. Negatives: Very noisy with extremely neighbour till 5am 1 night and delivery people with noisy mopeds always parked downstairs awaiting to deliver food Very poor wall insulation Very erratic wi-fi Unfriendly staff at check out Lack of essentials: no toaster, no towels, no soap, no condiments. Had to buy all of those No bedside table Lack of free parking No TV channels No comfortable sofa. No chair on balcony (room next door had one).

Stayed there in January. Absolutely terrible. When we arrived beds weren’t made and were given these thick wolly blankets that probably had flees. No soap or hand towels in bathroom. Kettle wasn’t usable, all rust in the kettle. So noisy and so uncomfortable. Would not recommend - motorbikes kept us up all night. We stayed there one night and couldn’t do the other 2 so we moved down to Apartment Venecia - absolutely beautiful. Would definitely recommend but as for this place. Disaster

Arrived on 23/01/24 at around 930 pm ! Got into our apartment to find no towels at all not even a hand towel ! No hand soap in the bathroom ! Beds had to be made up with sheets and old blankets which were not very appealing! Fridge didn’t work door wouldnt stay closed and no electric kettle ! The kettle that was there was for the hob and one look at the inside of it and we knew we couldn’t use it ! The following morning we booked another apartment for a 100 euro for 2 nights and it was lovely ! I would not recommend anyone to stay here and also there was motor bikes going very late into the night !

The Apartments when taking my shoes off, once inside, the soles of my feet were black. The bathroom smelt of wet dog, there were no towels, no cleaners, barely any reception staff, full of young people screaming, howling and banging-not a place for families. Asked for something to clean the bathroom- was told a cleaner would come in the following day- it never happened. Had to leave a 100 euro deposit on arrival + tourist tax. Asked for towels, they cost 2 euros each with no return on cost. So noisy and unappropriate for families, when I say this- Lloret is a party place, but clientele are given rules that nobody assures there are adhered to.
