Bonjour je me permets de vous adresser ce commentaire au sujet du repas qui étais pas au top car nous avions demandé la viande halal et le service petit déjeuner qui est pas au top dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de self service plus de choix sur les repas ou autre toujours les même choses à part l’accueil tous le reste est de zéro ou qu’il nous face payé la boisson gazeuse c’est inadmissible surtout quand on prend le service tous inclus

Very hard to fault this hotel. Walls are a bit thin, if your room is beside elevators (we were 281) and roadside it can be noisy in the mornings as its above the service entrance. I would pay for pool view. Breakfast was lovely but by a country mile the best part of this hotel are the people, they couldn't do enough during our short stay. Spa is really good. Pool area is perfect and I look forward to going back. Location is also very good, close to beach but far enough away from main thoroughfare for comfort.

On arrival it appeared to be very nice , don’t be fooled ! The first morning I went down to the bar area with towels just before the pool area opened at 9. Once the automatic doors opened everyone ran out and down the steps to the pool area pushing anyone out the way , including children , there was even people hanging off the low floor balconies and jumping to get a chair faster . You need to have at least one adult with the towels and chairs all day , if you go for breakfast lunch or dinner and leave them alone or even with a teenage child the towels will be removed and you will lose your spot . 3 of our group came down with food poisoning after 2 days and was very unwell and after speaking to other guests it was apparent it was the pork Ribs that caused this . The dining area is busy , chairs are limited and plates and cutlery filthy with food all over the floor and sides . I’m not one to leave a negative review as I know it’s never perfect and they can’t always get it right but this place is a dump and not worth the money . The only positive thing was the sun and the beach down the road which was very nice .

This is not a 4 star hotel, more like a 2.5/3 star. Not a great place for young children at all, Myself and Husband travelled with our 2 year old son who got put into a 5th story room with a balcony which my son was able to slip under the railings resulting in him nearly falling!!!!! I was in tears begging and in the end arguing with a female manager at reception to be moved onto the ground floor or 1st floor. She told me it was not possible and to just keep the doors closed. I said but I have paid for a pool view room with a balcony and you have not organised us appropriately and whilst we will obviously do our up most best to watch our child on the balcony what would happen if we were asleep and he woke up in the morning wanting to play on there I dread to think! She told me there was no point in trying in the morning when guests checkout to swap with new guests that are checking in because everyone will be extending their stay... I laughed and said people have flights to catch you're telling me every single customer here that is supposed to be checking out tomorrow will be extending their stay? She said yes and smirked. Honestly it has been hell pleading for a safer room for our son so that we all could relax in our own room. I would say the gap underneath the railings on the Balcony is suitable for 4yrs + (depending on the size of your child) to not be able slip through. The Kids playground equipment was dated and wood was rotted. Kids mini club was limited, dated and messy. The food was basic and extremely repetitive (if you love fries and pork this is the place for you), Some but not all staff were rude and not even allowed to have light music playing around the pool (unless it's for water aerobics) due to the flats overlooking the hotel and complaining to the council. Overall where the actual hotel is situated looks run down and lots of cheap market shops but a short walk you've got the beach which is lovely (albeit crushed stones/gritty and not sand) I wouldn't say it is ideal for a young child and a 15 minute walk into the lovely lloret town. If you are very easily pleased and don't have young children I would go say stay here but it is definitely not 4 stars regardless of my own personal balcony fiasco.

Just returned yesterday 26/10/24 from a 5 day break with my son who is disabled. Weather was very good for this time of year, spent a lot of time at pool which was excellent, only problem was NO disabled access to pool about 15 steps to get down and up .for my son and children in pushchairs, we had to use the underground carpark ramp exit to get back up to reception. Rooms were ok but remote tv control did not work and lots of noise from toilet flushing from next door and upstairs but room staff were excellent , new towels every day if you needed them. The main let down was the dining room, total chaos at breakfast especially, every one running around trying to find cups plates and cutlery, hotel (not the place for a disabled person with walking/balance difficulty) did not inform us of French Religious meeting an all week probably 300/400 people at dining room and had dining room reserved from 7.00-8.00pm so when we got served the food was cold and we had to eat out on a couple of nights as we normally eat between 6-7pm. As the convention had taken over the main ballroom there was no entertainment in the hotel all week. Overall my view of the hotel is a 3 star but would take very little to improve to 4 star. Would probably go back again but would check with hotel for event dates etc.

The staff was amazing towards us especially the bar staff. The food was good but was disappointing on our first day but definitely made up for it for the rest of our stay. The hotel room was quite small considering there was 3 of us in 1 room and 2 in the other but the view from the balcony was AMAZING!. The main downfall was the children running around and misbehaving in the toilets making the floor wet and slippery, as well as trashing it opposite the bar in the lobby. The live entertainment was amazing and the people who was singing had amazing voices. Big shout out to one of the senior members of staff who works at bar in the lobby, he made our stay memorable with how nice and humble he was. Thank you for having us, Rhys (me) is wanting to come back soon
