Bonjour je me permets de vous adresser ce commentaire au sujet du repas qui étais pas au top car nous avions demandé la viande halal et le service petit déjeuner qui est pas au top dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de self service plus de choix sur les repas ou autre toujours les même choses à part l’accueil tous le reste est de zéro ou qu’il nous face payé la boisson gazeuse c’est inadmissible surtout quand on prend le service tous inclus

Reception and bar staff are very nice. Cleaners did the rooms each day. Rooms could do with updating, very outdated. Restaurant a complete shambles. 7.30 is too late for evening meal to start, esp as most times it took over 30 minutes to just get in, queues very long!. Many children queuing up were falling asleep as it was late for them. I went in one night alone, the rude lady (older lady with light hair, square glasses) tried making me sit right next to the door, I said I didn't feel comfortable there on my own with everyone coming in looking at me alone. She said well there is nowhere else!" This was a lie as it had just opened. I asked the guy working, and he said I could sit elsewhere. Her attitude and behaviour was horrible, and others commented on this. Food basic. People pushing in instead of waiting for food, it is very manic! Mini tinned hot dogs as sausages for breakfast? Asked for more beans at 9.35am, was told no as they were closing soon (yet she was still making fresh eggs!) Meat very cheap and chewy. No entertainment, which was a shame (one night was a kids disco, then the rest was just bingo!) Spa facilities were ok, nice change but could do with a good clean more often. Pool area good and clean, nice area and slides for kids. Good location but wouldn't return. We noticed esp in the restaurant, that other nationalities were treated better than the brits. They had more service. Some days, we didn't get anyone coming to us asking if we would like drinks! Bar staff amazing and couldn't do enough for you.

Having booked through Wowcher, never again as I have already reviewed the terrible experience. This review is about the hotel. Definitely not 4 stars as rated. I'm not sure if star rating vary in Europe to the UK? However, I would rate this hotel a UK 2 star. Having said that, on check-in the staff was helpful, although the gentleman who checked us in asked us again for the residential tax, even though we had paid it. The reason I rate this as 2 stars. The rooms are functional and a standard size. The bathroom tiles on the ceiling could do with a full refurbishment, along with the hinges on the door. Luckily I was in the room, as my daughter got locked in the bathroom. The door handle actually came off in her hand. Our toilet got blocked on day 2, and the TV on arrival did not have any reception Along with finding a hairs on the pillowcase and in the bathroom. On a positive note, I have never experienced such a powerful shower! The room itself is functional and clean. There is a mini fridge, but no kettle/tea making facilities or iron in the room. The locker was charged at, and I can't remember the exact daily charge, it was between £4-5 euro per day. The room is clean and functional and will be fine for the duration of your holiday. All in all, the room and hotel is clean. The pool, as usual, although I can't say I participate in it, the race for the sunbeds that no one is one for a hour or two. There are a good number of sunbeds, but of course not for everyone - get your skates on the put your towels down. Bring your own towel or you can hire for 10 euro The food, well! The food is sadly your typical all inclusive 🙄 The food was often cold, and pork in 4 different ways. There is a lot of dishes out, but a lot of nothing really. Would I recommend the food, not really if you like tasty food. The location is great, lots of places to eat, including BK and a couple of supermarkets and your souvenirs shops. The beach, lovely, pebbles and a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is in a good location, not near the train station, but there are bus routes available if you want to travel to other towns. Would I stay again, probably not, or because I like to visit other places. Would I recommend the hotel, probably yes. It's clean and functional. Nothing special and definitely not 4 star, 2 star would best describe it according to what we would rate in the UK. The staff are pleasant and work hard. No real evening entertainment to speak of, well nothing really so don't come expecting any. Food, well, cold and lots of nothing choices really. Your typical all inclusive, sadly. Great location and shops around Friendly staff, so I guess yes, I'd recommend it. Don't come expecting to have a 4 star experience However if you come with a realistic, attitude of expecting a functional room, clean hotel with pleasant staff, you will not be disappointed. The location and beach make up for it, and there are enough eating places around.

The pillows ruined the holiday, may sound odd but could not sleep properly. Food was above average apart from evening food starting 7.30pm with big queues waiting to eat they charge 23euros a week for a safe bedroom walls are very thin and noisy good location, short walk to the two main beeches

We enjoyed our holiday, the hotel was lovely, we was very pleased with our room was lovely and clean. The hotel was very clean and it was nice to see the pool was kept clean also. The Pool opening and closing times could be longer, and the no inflatables in the pool was a disappointment although we understand why, it could be made more known before purchasing them. Breakfast and lunch was good however tea we found very hectic and the food was always the same, would have been nice to have themed nights, maybe curry or Chinese foods just more choice in general, the food we did have was very nice. The staff was lovely and always helpful if needed. Our son was poorly on the last day and the staff was there straight away to help which we appreciate. We would return as we all enjoyed it

On arrival it appeared to be very nice , don’t be fooled ! The first morning I went down to the bar area with towels just before the pool area opened at 9. Once the automatic doors opened everyone ran out and down the steps to the pool area pushing anyone out the way , including children , there was even people hanging off the low floor balconies and jumping to get a chair faster . You need to have at least one adult with the towels and chairs all day , if you go for breakfast lunch or dinner and leave them alone or even with a teenage child the towels will be removed and you will lose your spot . 3 of our group came down with food poisoning after 2 days and was very unwell and after speaking to other guests it was apparent it was the pork Ribs that caused this . The dining area is busy , chairs are limited and plates and cutlery filthy with food all over the floor and sides . I’m not one to leave a negative review as I know it’s never perfect and they can’t always get it right but this place is a dump and not worth the money . The only positive thing was the sun and the beach down the road which was very nice .
