Hotel Guitart Central Park Aqua Resort

Horrible place!!!! Staff don't speak English. Really rude. Food cold and untasty. Room standard awful. Holes in the wall and everything falling apart. Not a 4 stars, I would say more a 1-2 stars. Card system for drinks (even all inclusive) which is really annoying. Cheep away from that place!!!!;

Terrible, worst of the very worst. Please avoid at any price. Staff rude and do not speak English. Hotel should not be 4 stars. Horror like. Very basic, noisy, dirty. Spa closed, park closed. Boring and awful. Not worth , will ruin your holiday

The hotel upon arrival was very clean and looked well maintained. The gardens were well tended and the inside interior looked clean.we arrived at 9pm local time so there was security inside. We checked in and the receptionist was very welcoming and polite. We went up to our room situated on the first floor which is ideal with children.the room is split into two one half with a large king-size bed and the other two single beds.both areas were clean. The balcony was secure. However, there was a large tree out front, which we found during the week blocked a lot of light, so we had the room lights on often. The air con was brilliant almost too cold on occasion, especially at night. The two single beds...one wooden no problem thebother has a metal frame and unfortunately both my children got injured from walking into this as the corner was very sharp which I did report to maintenance however nothing was done so we covered it ourselves with a blanket and had to treat my daughters leg as it caused a fair sized cut. The pools 7 in total were brilliant and had lifeguards,plenty of sunbeds though several were broken. The restaurant was clean and we were seated quickly.food was standard not much variety over the week and warm, not hot. Snack bar food was much nicer. The hotel opposite was very noisy on a number of nights shouting and screaming until late at night but that's not the fault of guitart. Overall we were happy with the hotel

we chose to go here for our yearly family holiday. Room is cleaned daily and was in good condition. think we got lucky considering other reviews i’ve read. our room was modern and had a great powerful shower, nice comfy beds - room 1407 Staff are very friendly and helpful only one restaurant was open ( october) and the child’s entertainment was small , embarrassing and shocking.( the girl that did it was lovely and did her best -on a tiny stage on the floor ) Food is terrible and cold and my mom got food poisoning. we had all inclusive and we ate out most nights . all the same food , which was cold, not cooked or tasted off. Hotel facilities are ok, pools are lovely and the kids loved it. life guards are very strict which is good and kept everyone safe. play park is basic and holiday clubs were not open. pools close at 4:30 which is stupid when you have kids wanting to swim on their holiday Beach is close by and it’s right by loads of shops. we wouldn’t go here again that’s for sure but we made the most of it and enjoyed our family time and had fun going on boat trips, snorkeling etc

This hotel is down as a 4 star hotel! It not! Food made my husband very sick! They operate on a card system for drinks when you’re all inclusive. So if you don’t take your cup back you can’t get another drink. Some staff there are so helpful but there is a few who do they best to make your holiday the worst experience possible. Rooms are very basic with ants as an added extra! On my first full day at this hotel there was a very large rat walking down the 61 steps from the main pool. When I pointed this out to staff member he done nothing about it! Reacted like it was normal. The kids club is not very inviting to children and the entertainment in the night was very questionable. Kids disco starts at 9pm if you’re lucky it lasts 20mins leaving you till 10 pm with no music. There is noting throughout the day. Very dull and boring hotel! Looks beautiful in photos but they are very deceving!

Only reason I gave this place 2* is down to the people and family’s I met on this holiday.. On the 1st day we get on the shuttle bus to find out we don’t get dropped off at the hotel then had to walk to there from the drop off point. We check in and we wasn’t able to start out all inclusive until 3 which was understandable but we got there at 10am so we had to go elsewhere until then. With the all inclusive they give you a card and if you lose the card you need to pay €2 for another one and need to give it to the bar staff everytime you get a drink and they take it off of you and if you don’t take your empty plastic cup back you are not aloud your card back. The yellow waterside is dangerous 3 different people - 1 broke their wrist on it, 1 smashed their front teeth out and 1 snapped their ankle. The food made me physically sick.. it was always rather undercooked or overcooked and it was always guaranteed to be cold and when mentioning it to staff they would point to the microwave and tell you to heat it up. No entertainment besides from the 30mins kids club on an evening. There was a local who would come into the hotel and drink there and openly admitted to a group of parents that he comes in to watch kids- even the staff translated it on google for the parents to see as they couldn’t understand him. Bang out of order. All of the pools closed at 4:30pm (the peak time of the sun being out) as well as all of the pools being freezing.. everyone was going to the beach as the sea was warmer than the pools itself. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Don’t waste your money on this place.
