Hospedería Mirador de Llerena

I had read some critical reviews of this hotel before, but have to say that our own experience was very close to perfect. It probably helped to come in low season, but still we have rarely been pleased so much with a hotel stay, First of all, when checking our options, we had an extremely friendly person at the reception taking all the time required to advise us and let us find the best choice. Second, the kitchen made a major effort to accommodate some complex food restrictions, checking very carefully on what was required and allowed us to have breakfast and one dinner without any worry. The same care extended also to the friendly staff serving us from the cafeteria or in the mornings. Third, we had a comfortable bed and spacious room in the modern wing, which suited us just fine. Finally, the location is great and since we did not mind parking on the street, we even found free parking a few minutes walk from the hotel. On other occasions, we would have appreciated the parking garage available. As minor drawbacks, the spa was closed (we had not planned on using it) and the mini-bar in the room did not work and did not cool down its interior sufficiently,

I stayed in this Hotel, during a trip through the southern region of Extremadura. The staff man who assisted me when I arrived, during check-in at 10 pm, five stars, super attentive, friendly and professional, always concerned with the needs of the customer. The room was one of the most modernly decorated and was the best option for me. It was a great stay, to be repeated without a doubt. The only negative point was a background noise throughout the night, from a cistern being filled, which if I hadn't died of tiredness could have been a problem.

The entrance to the hotel is most impressive - obviously once an imposing house. The bedroom was somewhat more ordinary, in the modern and somewhat bland accommodation built at the back of the reception area, but perfectly comfortable. It's literally 30 seconds on foot to the town square, which was both pretty and un-touristy at the same time. And it is indeed a Mirador. THere's a great view of the town and surrounding countryside from the quirky tower, reached via several staircases.

Elegant hotel with charming staff. Housed in a 19th century bourgeois house, the hotel has been extended to include new rooms and a pool. The original building (in the Mudejar style) has been renovated either great taste to include the iriginal features. The new parts blend in perfectly. The staff are delightful. It is a pleasure to be served by them. Our only experience of the elegant restaurant was breakfast, but that was excellent.

An amazing experience lead by the whole Team of Hospedería Mirador de Llerena. Antonio who worked in the reception was absolutely amazing and so genuine and caring person and always going to the extra mile with any little issue we had . Aurora and Ana in the restaurant were so kind and so impressive and showing what Customer Services is all about . The Cleaner in the morning hats off to her as she always was ready to help and honestly her job was spotless every single day. Celia in the reception was another example of so great customer services too. I must to say I can t say anything negative about our stay in this so nice Hotel and in regular basis I am very picky .

The hotel is situated in the center of Llerena, close to the cathedral and the supermarket. The dinner is awesome and the service offered by the reception staff Antonio and the waitress Aurora at the breakfast is fantastic. Besides, the building is classical and the rooms are spacious. Strongly recommend it!

Colchón de la suite junior muy incomodo por estar viejo, necesita cambio de colchón urgente y también ruidos por la noche de motor de algo... Enclave y hotel precioso, restaurante bueno pero si queréis menú degustación reservarlo con días antes, nos quedamos con las ganas de probarlo por no reservarlo antes. Pena que el spa no lo arreglen ni de esta hospedería ni del resto... Hace falta un repaso a las hospedería de renovación y/o arreglos de equipamientos. Personal muy atento y agradable menos una recepcionista rubia del pelo rizado con gafas que gracias a ella nos fuimos con mal sabor de boca de Llerena, ...

Lugar tranquilo y con buenas opciones para el ocio...Gastronomia muy buena el Restaurante Dña Mariana es de 10...Desayuno tipo buffet bastante bien...Piscina y pequeño jardin donde poder relajarse y disfrutar...Alrededores con vestigios de antiguas colonizaciones para visitar...
