From the front desk staff to the clean rooms with the comfy beds .5/5 I usually stay at Marriotts but are traveling with 2 dogs So needed a pet friendly hotel I have nothing negative to say And the price was great and I also had points that I used Will definitely stay again 5/5

Great place to stay. Reasonably priced. Offers daily breakfast. Clean rooms friendly staff. I would definitely stay there again. Down the road from coopers bar b que. that was a good place to eat for great bbq. Next time we plan on going to Llano I plan on staying there again

Very nice little hotel in Llano. Staff was very friendly, They all worked very hard to keep the grounds and rooms clean. Really went the extra mile to make sure my stay was nice. Convenient to get anywhere in town or started on your next journey. I'd have no problem staying there again if I was in the area!

I found the hotel very centrally located for visiting with family and friends. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was well furnished and enjoyed. My granddaughters enjoyed the pool and found it hard to get them out. They were trying to figure out how they could sleep there, lol

I've stayed here numerous times over the last two years while traveling in the Texas hill country area near LLano. I've always found the staff super friendly, helpful and they go the extra mile to make you feel at home.

I was traveling for business and the place I was staying had ac problems. Had to make arrangements quickly and BW was a great option.

Staff is spectacular and the property is in great shape. We were stranded by our Motor Home last minute and the staff worked to make it so we did not have to change rooms during the stay. They allowed us to park our Motorhome and even found us a spot to plug in so the pipes didn't freeze.

By far the greatest Best Western we have experienced. We stay at Beat Western regularly- Platunum rewards member - and this was an unexpected delight. The Owner & Staff were awesome - we were stranded by our RV last minute and they worked to get us in a great room where we didn’t have to move rooms during the stay. It is an older, traditional Best Western property that is very well maintained. Easy to find and access, Lots of parking, and great location - 1 block from the famous Coopers BBQ. We would definitely stay here again- highly recommend!

This was one of the best small town motels you will ever stay at!! Clean, nice people, very helpful!! Beds were great. LOTS of pillows! Very pet friendly!! If you don’t stay here you will regret it!!! Nice breakfast bar. Quiet area. Ac worked great. Tv was great. The owners work hard to want to to come back!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
