Warm welcome by friendly staff. Good location for exploring Llandudno. Very convenient for the Wales Convention venue which we were attending. Exceptional care by kitchen staff regarding my wife's food allergies. An overall good experience.

Actually can't fault this place, great location (very central), brilliant value for money, great staff and lovely breakfast with lots of choice. Modern, clean rooms and perfect for us with a 3 year old. Very comfy beds. Pleasant bar and reception area. Bit of a pain for parking but otherwise perfect.

The location of the hotel is good and the food was OK. However the dinner portions were too small. The air conditioner in our room had an awful sound that kept us awake during the night. The matress cover was too small and was coming off which was very uncomfortable. The customer service at breakfast buffet should also be improved. There was an unpleasant staff member who showed us bad faces for an unknown reason.

Stayed for one night in a premium room. As it was a very cold day we really appreciated the early check in at 12, however as this is a service that you cannot book in advance and its only given to you if room is ready anyways -the 15£ fee for that seem a very passive income for the chain, nothing special is done here and I feel this fee can and should be waived, particularly if you booked the premium. Our room was nice, however very limited natural light in the room and when we stepped outside our eyes actually needed to adjust we needed sunglasses for a while. We found the staff friendly and helpful, had a good nights sleep and the location is convenient. Breakfast could do with a larger continental selection. This was our third stay in Llandudno and out of the three hotel we stayed at, this is the only one we would (and will) gladly return.
