One of the best premier inns that I have stayed in (and I've used a lot). Good location, not far from railway station, shops and promenade, had nice quiet room (319). room really clean. All the staff we spoke to helpful and pleasant. Will use again.

This was our fouth visit to Premier Inn Central. Another excellent 3 nights in a central located hotel in the town. The Breakfast again of excellent quality and well done chef. Good idea of Happy Hour with pre- Cocktail drinks. Rooms very clean and always a good nkights sleep oin the middle of town. Dan the manager and his staff worked so well fore the customers. Well Done

Lovely stay room big and warm nice lighting and hot bath enjoy meal deal and bar open till 1pm all staff so friendly and helpful, breakfast lots different options and fresh coffee and plenty of tea. No parking but only 4 pound 24 hours at station near by.

Once again a very warm welcome at reception on our arrival. Quickly booked in and allocated a Plus Room as requested, with a view up Mostyn Street. Room very clean and inviting. All of the staff are very approachable, friendly and efficient in their multi-tasking roles - nothing ever seems to be any trouble for them. Not naming individuals, but the staff know who we are and how very much we appreciate them always going that extra mile to make our (and everyone elses) stay special.

The hotelling experience was excellent with the sole exception of exposing us guests to your partisan political pandering of an ideology which has run its course. You may not be aware of the dark shadows like transgender ideology hiding under the seemingly friendly rainbows you promote on your business premises. This is why I don't assume malice on your part but alege ignorance amongst your corporate managers which may cost you customer if not sooner than later. Unfortunately the sychophantic virtue signalling detracts from the great service you offer.

Before you book this hotel you need to be aware of several issues. Some of the rooms have a window that don’t look outside, but look onto some type of indoor paved courtyard and are dark even in the middle of the day. The main issue is the hotel adjoins a gym and some of the rooms get bombarded by loud dance music from 6.30am when the gym opens. We stayed for two nights with my in-laws to watch the fireworks. On arrival room 31 ( the noise affected room ) wasn’t ready until 3.40pm. Both our room and room 2 had no views outside. There are no mentions of the window situation on the official website. Premier inn won’t refund your money for noise from outside the hotel so the good night guarantee does not apply.
