Lovely ,comfortable accommodation. We went as a group and all agreed everything was catered for- Sharon and Robin have thought of and provided a home from home- from the water dispenser and bottles - a great idea as are the black cloths to use for removing make up. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms are light and airy. The whole house is spotless with quirky ornaments inside and out. The breakfasts were good portions and very tasty. Would definitely recommend- excellent value for money

Another lovely stay at Abbey House. We try to visit annually and the experience is always first class. Robin and Sharon are always welcoming. Nothing is too much for them. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the facilities outstanding. Five minute walk to the centre of town. Good parking. Abbey House is strongly recommended.

Stayed for 2 nights, property was spotless clean and maintained to a high standard, comfortable bed in quiet neighbourhood, lots of little extra unexpected treats in the room, good breakfast with plenty of choice, private parking and Sharon’s a great host.

Beautiful room and so very peaceful which is hard to come by ! The attention to detail is outstanding in all areas Just the right distance from the main town Breakfast was amazing Sharon went above and beyond for us to make sure we had the best experience Our “go to” from now on .when in Llandudno ❤️❤️

We have stayed at Abbey House many times now, it's always a special experience. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped and the decor throughout is Sparkling! The welcome is always very friendly and breakfast is always great with plenty of choice. The location is ideal for visiting Llandudno but also has easy access to other places nearby. The day before we were due to leave storm Babet hit and it was a complete washout. Fortunately we had a comfortable room to dry off and it wasn't too far to shopping and places to eat. We considered staying an extra night as we were unsure about travelling the next day, Sharon agreed to that but as the weather was much improved the next morning we decided to travel home while we could. We always feel very much at home at Abbey House and look forward to our next visit.

Fabulous place to stay, ideally located. Sharon and Robin are just lovely hosts. Beautiful rooms with everything you need and more, and a great breakfast. Our next stay is already booked and cannot wait.

This has been our first visit to the Abbey House but definitely will not be our last, it's fantastic! Sharon was the most friendliest host, nothing too much trouble. Rooms spotless, roomy, fridge (with fresh milk) and the freebies were brilliant. The bathroom was clean and modern with all the toiletries you need. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to our chosen choice. Parking, walking distance to sea front or town centre...We will definitely be returning...hidden gem!!!

We recently returned to Abbey House with another couple and this was their first visit. Everything was absolutely fabulous, the rooms we stayed in were as usual spotlessly clean and decorated to a high standard. We had a fridge in the room which was new for us this time and we had fresh milk and chocolates. The breakfast was just so tasty and Sharon’s poached eggs are the best. Our friends were so impressed that they can’t wait to return . Sharon and Robin made us so welcome and we feel like they are family to us. Don’t stop what you doing you are the best in Llandudno. Thank you to you both see you soon x

It's been a few years since our last visit and things have changed , I must say the changes have improved the experience. Sharon cares very much about her guests and add lots if little touches that other guest houses don't. Thanks for a pleasant three nights and hope to return in the future . You still bring lots of sparkle into people's lives .
