Clean rooms and bathroom and the friendliest and most helpful staff anywhere. They make you feel so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for them and all the staff were the same. Made you glad you stayed there. Would always go to this Premier Inn. They do a lovely breakfast too.

We stayed at the Premier Inn, Caerphilly, Corbett's Lane, on the 06/04/25 Sunday till The 09/04/25 Wednesday. All the staff were very kind and helpful, and could not ask for anything more. Leanne was very kind and chatty at reception, making my wife and me very comfortable. Vicky was also very helpful in giving us directions to where we needed to go on certain days out. As for the kitchen, Bev made sure we were looked after and chatted to us while taking are breakfast order, she was very polite and cheerful. Ryan, the chef, was amazing, keeping everyone happy with his cooking skills. His poached eggs are the best I have ever tasted Keep up the good work Ryan. The room was clean and comfortable, and having tea and coffee was a godsend. Would I stay here again Yes, without any doubt at all, simply the best can't say anymore than that.

This morning, we came down for breakfast only to be abruptly told by the staff member on duty that we couldn't have any because it hadn't been pre-booked. The night before, we specifically asked about this and were assured we could book in the morning. While I completely understand the need to manage numbers, the attitude of the staff member was shockingly rude and showed no regard for customer service. As a result, Premier Inn has not only lost the revenue from three breakfasts today but also five more tomorrow, as we have decided not to book anything further at this hotel. It’s disappointing that such a poor experience and dismissive attitude have completely tainted our stay.

A very comfortable stay at this location, which was perfectly placed for visiting family. Pleasantly surprised by the lack of road noise in the room, even though it faced a busy road. Lovely breakfast on site with beautifully poached eggs!

I stayed at this hotel regularly with work and the staff have always been lovely, welcoming and very accommodating. There has always been great service from all the staff, and its a very nice little hotel. The rooms are spacious and have always felt clean, and comfy. I would recommend staying here.

All of the staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was first class and the price was good value for money. Free parking was a big plus, everything we needed was in the room. Any questions that we had were answered by very competent staff. Highly recommend.

Cannot stress how friendly the staff are, every single member were polite and helpful. Stayed from Thursday till Sunday and can honestly say that every interaction with the staff was lovely. We are back in the area later in the year and will 100% be staying in the same hotel
