New and modern hotel. Ideally located - within walking distance from both train stations and the central part of the city. There are several good restaurants nearby. What I liked: 1 . Very friendly and helpful staff 2. Spacious room with a great view 3. Comfortable bed and accessories 4 . Delicious and varied breakfast What I didn't like: 1 . From time to time a cracking sound is heard in the ventilation system. The repairman came twice, but found no problems. However, it really ruined my sleep. 2. The gym has very poor equipment and poor ventilation. You must breathe the smell of rubber from the floor. 3. Packing cost - 30 euros per day

I usually do not stay in big hotel chains, but my hat off to the Intercontinental Ljubljana that has great facilities, great fitness / gym and super efficient, professional and nice staff. The check in was seamless and so was the checkout. The room was very spacious, clean and everything worked well. The hotel location is a few blocs away from the city centre and Ljubljana being a id size city, it really is a short walk!

Service is acceptable for a 4 star hotel, but due to public holiday long weekend, restaurant that serving breakfast was too busy and no food left and very slow to refill

It is important for me to always have the option to turn off the air conditioner and open the window. Here, this was possible even though the room was on the lower floor. The breakfast was very tasty and varied. I also really appreciated that the hotel has both a sauna and a steam room. It was great that they were open until 10 PM, so we had time to warm up. Thank you!

The location is very good, inside the pedestrian street, the sights can be reached on foot. There is an underground toll parking lot. It is funny that after we check out, we can drive directly to the card and can’t go out. We rushed to the hotel and asked to know, after 20 minutes of check-out!

I stayed at the Union Hotel before. In comparison, this hotel has a lot of new facilities, modern feel, and very cost-effective. I like this hotel in terms of the environment. The Union’s breakfast is excellent

Very nice hotel with perfect good location. The room is clean and tidy . Air conditioner works so well ( it is quite important during summer time) The gym is so good but the equipment is a bit old. Staffs are helpful. Breakfast is good with many choices. Only one drawback is the bell sounds at night , rings every 30 mins . Except this, hotel is prefect .

The room is large, very simple, there is enough space for luggage, when booking the room, I recommend everyone to order meals, because there are fewer places to eat nearby... The hotel's meal is a buffet and it is delicious.

Everything was great about this hotel. The staff were excellent, everything was extremely clean and the food was great. The location is perfect if you are going to the arena and it’s easy to take the bus to the city centre. I would definitely recommend it.
