This hotel is currently under major renovation. The first sign of negligent management is that the entrance is almost completely blocked by a disorderly pile of building materials. One must enter through the back door of the hotel into a wreck of a first floor that was filthy and smelly. We went up to the third floor room - 320 - which was newly renovated. Most of the lights had not been plugged in and the shower water leaked. The room was clean and new. It just looked like nobody anticipated receiving visitors. When we got up, there was no breakfast as the lobby was closed. I know dealing with a renovation will be difficult, but everything about this hotel was shoddy and mismanaged.

Once we had arrived I was informed by front desk gentleman that he could not find my ******* reservation - I then contacted ******* to find out that they hotel had overbooked - so we were put in a different room - a queen rather than king - ok no big deal - we continue on with reservation - then after he is giving me my room key - i ask what time does the pool close - he then informs me that the pool is closed for the day we can use it tomorrow - we were only staying one day - no breakfast like advertised - no access to pool like advertised - construction everywhere - staff is very rude - avoid this hotel - terrible experience.

Bad shape Find another place. This hotel is in bad need of refurbishment. Furniture full of sweat and body odor. Door knobs broken off. The whole place stinks. Appears that they’re attempting to update the bathrooms but the whole place needs redone.

Extraordinary High Pet Fee and Deposit Needed! Front desk employee was extremely nice and helpful! If I had known the hotel was under total renovation we would have chosen a different hotel. The $200.00 pet deposit was a shocking amount. We travel often and usually only have to pay a pet fee up to $50.00 Never a deposit and a pet fee.

Although the property is under renovation, none of it tainted my overall experience. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff were happy, energetic, and they really enhanced everything about my stay. Also, the price of my stay was reasonable.

The lady at the front desk is extremely Rude! I could see the hotel is empty, it may be time to audit your staff. If that is the kind of establishment you’re running with the first impression a person gets is impatience, rudeness, and a lack of not only common courtesy but just plain old customer service, it’s a miracle this hotel is still in business.

Could not sit on the couch or the chairs in the room the only good thing in the room was the bed and the TV. The couch and chairs had stains on them in it and then in the bathroom they had part of the ceiling that was patched while not even patched. It was open. The room should not have been rented out at all.

I'll be back in this area in September and will definitely stay here again! This is a great hotel, (currently under renovations, which did not hinder my stay!), friendly staff, especially Sue! Great value. (Last year I stayed at LaQuinta across the street and it was *horrfic*!!)
