Hotel Touring

Great location close to the sloaps! Especially with kids we had a great experience and the fact that the hotel is located in the pedestrian area made it perfectly located for several activities. We are already planning to go back!

We have been coming to Livigno for more than 15 years. We have been in several hotels for several years. This year (January) we accidentally booked Hotel Touring. After those beautifully spent 7 days, we booked it again for the same period in 2026. All praise for the friendly staff at the reception from Mary and her colleagues to the friendly waiters and the grandmother who prepared natural juice. Delicious and varied food, clean, airy rooms. Covered garage a few steps outside the hotel. In one word, RECOMMENDATION

Well-run family hotel in optimum location in center of Livigno. Friendly and efficient staff. Good value. We arrived by bus from Switzerland, the central bus station is a short walk from the hotel. We stayed two nights and took half-board. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of variety, fresh-squeezed juices and an omelet station. Dinner was a starter buffet, first and second courses and a dessert buffet. Quality and quantity of dinner dishes was generally good although the fish dishes pleased us less. Good selection of wines at reasonable prices. Nice swimming pool and spa area with separate space for kids. The swimming pool lacked a handrail which makes its use problematic for older people or those with mobility issues. We took a basic double room, it was spacious, quiet and had a balcony. Spacious bathroom. Very good housekeeping.

Location is close to perfect as to the town, not so perfect as to the skiing. 500 m walk in ski boots (no snow on the road 1km round trip) to the closest up to the top lift was not something we were looking for every day. The hotel has really helpful, polite and professional staff dealing F2F with guests (front desk and restaurant). Not so good with the cleaning crew. For example dusting was non-existent. Our assumption was that the relatively thick layer of dust on a night stand lower shelf was quite old. The room itself was run down quite a bit. Far from **** , *** at the very best. The online impression was, when ordering the room, that the only difference in between the three or so price levels Is the room size. The rumour has it that the more expensive rooms were recently refurbished. I wish we knew, if that’s the case. Also, some of the hotel business practices were quite disgusting. For example, we have ordered online breakfast only thinking, that we would be having dinners in different places in town. Nevertheless, the town turned out to be quite small and the restaurant selection wasn't to our taste. So we have decided the first evening of our stay to have half board (HB) from the second day on. No issues at the front desk, done and dusted, right? The real surprise came when paying our final bill when leaving. The online price for HB was EUR 19 pp per day. But the final price was EUR 30 pp par day only because we have ordered HB at the hotel. And not on line. Really unacceptable business practice in my book. This is the very top reason why we will never come back. Overall it was also in our own experience definitely not **** but solid *** star hotel. And it is really a pity because otherwise… Wellness is absolutely beautiful and well thought out 10/10 Kids/adults play room great 👍🏻 Kids "cave" with a slide great as well 👍🏻 Food presentation 10/10, Front desk 10/10, Kitchen 9/10, Restaurant staff 10/10

Excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel has a lovely indoor pool for adults and kids. A huge plus is the kids play area managed by Mimi who is absolutely lovely and one can tell that she genuinely loves kids. Big thank you to Mary and Francesca from the front desk and Tina who provided us excellent service at the restaurant throughout our stay. A superb stay overall. See you next year (hopefully)

Very nice hotel with profesional service, great kids room (but close during the day, what was a small inconvinience in case of very small 2-3ys kids), nice swimming pool. Very good restaurant with high level service, very good breakfast with fresh juice and tasty and varied dinners. We will back there for sure!
