Great location, central yet quiet, cool vibe that hits the spot. Great for groups or families, sparkling clean with a complimentary drink left by the staff. Also allowed us to leave our cases as we arrived early, Gail was brilliant!!! Try Duke street market for food which is just on the doorstep, great food selection to get you ready for your night.

Excellent stay at York Street Studios. I have to admit we were rather anxious after reading some of the reviews however, it is under new management now and they’ve obviously made improvements. Cleanliness of the rooms was 10/10, the beds were so comfortable, bathroom well appointed, and the living area was super cool. We had everything we needed. Contact from the owners prior t9 check in was excellent as was getting into the building. It’s a lovely old town house which they’ve sympathetically turned into cool place to stay. The apartment we had also had the outside space which was spotless - no vermin whatsoever. The new management team have obviously made a huge effort as we really couldn’t fault anything. We met 2 ladies as we got there early but early check in wasn’t a problem. We left our bags, headed to a local restaurant - advised by one of the staff who were lovely. All in all a great stay. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent location, 5-10 mins walk away from all central areas. We booked the ground floor apartment for 12 people. It came with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a large kitchen and seating area. A couple of minor issues were reported to the host who rectified them straight away. On the second day, the host came over to look at one of the showers and noted how warm our apartment was and unlocked the adjoining apartment for us to also use as it wasn’t booked that night. This meant we all had a double bed each, a much cooler space to get ready in and the use of the open air terrace and tiki bar area, which was much needed respite. The outdoor area was clean and really pleasant, a lovely space to enjoy the sunshine and a few drinks. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation and I’m very appreciative of the host going above and beyond.

Stayed here for a stag doo last month. Age rang from 31- 65 . We had apartments 4 upstairs and no 2 down stairs. W head such high hopes for this by the pictures. Don’t be fooled. It’s nothing like the pictures. The tiki bar ? Haha more like a homeless camp. We arrived to find a dead rat on the decking, which had been there awhile and due to the warm weather it was absolutely stinking. Not enough towels, one pillow, hardly any toilet rolls, they advised moretti pumps, but no actual kegs. No welcome pack, wifi advertised but again no access to it.. The shower downstairs fills up so your standing in 4” of dirty water while getting washed, lifting To gain access to the downstairs apartment you need a key code to get in the main building, yeh. A key code to access a key safe under the stairs. In her you find an actual key for apartment no:2 However….. you have to go back outside, round the corner in the next street to get in. But there is only one key for 10 blokes. Insane. We’ve tried to contact them, but they won’t reply to any correspondence. The number to ring was abroad. Stay away.

Amazing apartment. Can’t recommended this apartment enough for groups of friends. We were a group of 6 girls going for a night out in Liverpool. The apartment was close enough to all the bars, clubs, restaurants and Liverpool 1. It was clean, very spacious and we felt very safe. The beds were also very comfortable. The hosts of the apartment were absolutely lovely and provided support whenever we needed it. We will definitely be booking this apartment again when we are next in Liverpool.

Visited as part of a hen do. Apartment was lovely and would have stayed again however deposit was taken on arrival, I called 6 days later to see when deposit would be back and was told that all was fine and full amount of money would be returned to my bank by the 7th day but I am still waiting for this another week after. Called again to be told that the payment failed and was asked to email bank details for this to go direct to my bank but still waiting two days later. unfortunately still down £150 almost two weeks later. Never again
