Clean and soo close to the train station, across the road. Kept my luggage there easier to commute around the centre. Liverpool 1 is just 6min walk.

Stranded due to bad weather -train cancellation- made very welcome by the gentleman and lady on reception. Sorted us two rooms and allowed us to go to them even though it was before usual check in time. They also offered coffee so we could ‘warm up’. Breakfast time was good up to 10am - we had the full and continental - there was plenty of every thing and the atmosphere was relaxing. The lady on duty was very pleasant. We will return to Liverpool and this is where we will be booking. Far better than Hilton Hampton!! Where breakfast is carnage!! Thank you to all the staff at Premier Inn.

Location was key, directly next to Lime Street Station, central to Liverpool shopping and attractions. Nice room, cosy and good amenities. Excellent breakfast, everything from juices to tea and coffee, cereals and croissants to continental and full English. Check in was quite slow, we waiting for 15-20 mins after 3pm (check in time). It was quite good but when I went in the room I feel like some staff forgot to tidy my room properly and the toilet door was shut and the lights was already on and the toilet floor was abit slippy but it was alright when I sorted it and I would come back here again

Brilliant friendly staff made the stay such a joy let us book in early after a nightmare journey trains late , pouring with rain,cold which gives us time to fit some shopping in without carrying big holdalls around with us the premier plus rooms in lime street Liverpool are beautiful Staff are all fantastic can't ask for anymore
