Absolutely amazing hotel, with amazing staff who are there to welcome you straight away and take care of you throughout your stay and top quality facilities to be used too, Will definitely return !! Thanks again!

This is a very nice hotel, modern rooms and had some nice touches to it. Our room was very big and nice nothing wrong with it whatsoever. The service in the bar restaurant and reception wasn’t the best. Took ages to get a drink once this was ordered. The restaurant is nice but the food is poor. You are definitely better going out to a nice restaurant in town. I asked the reception if they would do something for my wife in the room as it was a special day and occasion! They left a box of chocolates for her but didn’t even sign it. And when I questioned this they said they don’t do this ? They are missing a trick here, keep your customers happy and they will come back. For example crown plaza do this and made it very special day we weren’t even expecting it too, I did mention that it was my wife’s birthday they went above and beyond unlike the Titanic Hotel who did nothing and sent emails saying we don’t do this. The thermal Spa you have to pay £20 per person for 2 hours! This was nice but expensive as it’s in the same building. The location is out of the way not ideal unless your waiting to watch football at the new Everton stadium when it’s finished being built.

The hostel failed for location. You have to take a taxi everywhere as there is nothing around the hotel. Even if you wanted to walk, it was not pleasant… very dilapidated areas to walk through. There was a design fault with the shower as there was no door or curtain and as such the floor was flooded after every shower. Extraction fan was not great either. The room was very spacious but insufficient lighting. Was also surprised that there was an additional charge to use the facilities like the thermal room. Will not stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, friendly and very helpful staff, made our stay for my dear friends 60th birthday so special, special treats treated us in our room, special treats after our meal in Stanley’s bar, would highly recommend this amazing hotel.

Lovely hotel and room really enjoyed the stay only fault was very slow service in the bar. We waited half an hour for a drink.

From start to fimish our stay was PERFECT! Ive never stayed at the titanic hotel before so was not sure what to expect. But the hotel was out of this workd. It was stunning. The reception area was beaitiful and so big. The staff couldnt do enough for us they were friendly helpful and very kind. Our room was absolutely amazing. The size of the room shocked me it was so big. It had a sofa and chairs and table aswel as a dining table and chairs and a queen size bed. It was very clean and smelt beautiful. The bathroom was huge with beautoful modern style tiles and beautiful shampoo, body wash and hamd wash Espa was the brand. We had drinks in the bar and the prices were reasonable too. Overall i would reccomend the hotel to everyone and will definitely be visiting again in the summer.

An amazing hotel. Spotlessly clean and staff could not be more helpful. The only downside is it’s about a half hour walk from the centre, but well worth it.

Hotel was very nice , clean and modern, the parking at the hotel was handy not far to have to walk was right outside the front , also I thought it was reasonable priced £8 for 24 hours . I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to family and friends.

Staff was wonderful. There was no food service between 10:00-12:00 which was extremely unusual and not shared with guests. The bathrooms did not have an outlet to use for grooming, only for a shaver. Works for men, not for women. Overall, very nice stay.
