The lady at the front desk who checked in the room seemed to be unhappy throughout the whole process. Her attitude was as if I owed her money. I am really sorry. My normal process of checking in the room may have offended you. I don't deserve such a mean service from you. The two points for service are because the front desk was smiling when checking out, otherwise I don't want to give any points.
I went there with expectations and feelings for the old Samsung. The room was generally okay. There was a musty smell and the curtains were light-transmitting. These were not big problems. The service was really a deduction.

The room is on the 69th floor, with a great view of the river. Because the hotel is under renovation on several floors below, I called in advance to let them know. The price of more than 400 yuan in Liuzhou is not cheap, but the room layout and facilities are really poor. I checked out the Comfort King Room, but it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and I couldn't upgrade to a City View Room, so I had to pay extra for a River View Room. Apart from the view, this hotel has almost no advantages, and its size is the same as the Comfort Room. The pillows were uncomfortable to sleep on, the air conditioning was difficult to operate, and the tea set had tea leaves, which were beautifully presented. Unfortunately, that tea was the worst tasting tea I have ever tasted. I was shocked that there could be such a bad tasting tea. I wanted to apply for a late check-out, but they said I had to give a good review, but I didn't want to. This place is small, expensive and uncomfortable. There is a view, but the glass is too dirty.

BBeth27What an absolutely unique and delightful property! It was a pleasure to stay here and experience a bit of history. These buildings have been carefully and lovingly restored through the efforts of the property owner and a dedicated architect—both men were at the homestay during my visit, which was a treat. Comfy bed, delicious food, lovely and attentive staff—if you need anything, just ask. I enjoyed just wandering around and getting lost in the village. Oh yes, I do not speak Chinese and traveled alone, but the owner speaks perfect English and contacted me in advance of my stay. He added me on WeChat and was hugely supportive in getting me to Chengyang and Lost World from Longji area. The staff were ready with Baidu translator so communication was a breeze.

LLucy LuLocation was great, it is close to shopping areas and local restaurants. Service was okay - front desk was helpful at checking in, but no other service was provided, no concierge or parking staff. Cleanliness is adequate to that of a 2-3 star hotel, rooms were clean but other spaces in the hotel was not such as the dining area, this is a hotel shared with other services so tons of random people going in and out. Little to none amenities, no coffee bars (just instant coffee in the lobby), no lounge, gyms, breakfast bar was small. Rooms indicated non-smoking rooms were available but upon check in, staff told me there are no non-smoking rooms. Most hallways and rooms reeked of smoke.

Room is clean and room service is quick and thorough.The view is one of a kind, seeing all of Liuzhou and overlooking the river.
Breakfast is tasty and the kitchen staff is very friendly and will cater your special diet requirements.
Even though the the employees don't speak much english (Reception desk or buffet workers), their manager is extremely helpful, speaks english, and will go beyond your expectations to help you and resolve any issues that arise. Wouldn't try any other hotel when traveling to Liuzhou.

PPamela StanfordI 4 days at the Holiday Inn for my birthday and I must say that I truly enjoyed my stay. The ambiance of the hotel, all the staff was so warm and welcoming. They truly made my time there one of luxury and relaxation. Although they couldn’t speak English that did not stop us from efficiently communicating. We used WeChat to communicate between us. They really were attentive to my needs and endured my time was special. The hotel manager surprised me with a birthday cake which was delicious and all the staff I met were exceptional great with their hospitality. I especially want to thank one of the staff who I named Faye for special taking care of me by ordering my food and wine and making sure my stay went smoothly. A big thanks to everyone for giving me such happy memories. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Rongshui. It’s a great place to relax, the atmosphere is tranquil, the rooms are very clean and modern and the scenery is breathtaking. I will be back soon.

PPaste-The hotel is in a very good location, with a shopping mall downstairs and a five-star commercial pedestrian street next to it. It is only a few hundred meters away from the Music Fountain Square and Liuhou Park. It is very convenient to visit Liuzhou. The service staff are very good. The golden butler will deliver fruit and milk to your door in the evening. The breakfast is also good. In addition to the regular dishes, there are also Guangxi specialty oil tea and Liuzhou snail noodles. The only shortcoming is that the facilities are too old. The bathroom is still a bathtub style, and the carpet is very dusty due to its age. I would like to express special thanks to the service staff that night. Because I am allergic to dust, I troubled the service staff to help change the room late at night. HHannah20180The Chinese style breakfast was really good and plentiful. The room was clean and large, with a little couch to sit on. I enjoyed having a table I could sit and work at. Bed was comfortable. Overall very clean and great hotel, especially for the price. The only problem during my stay was the elevator was broken when I arrived. Apparently the staff had repairmen there trying to fix it all day. By the next day it was fixed, but that evening they arranged a room for me on the fifth floor and helped me carry my luggage up. The elevator breaking seemed like a one off occurrence.
