Hotel debit customer account without any reason although we prepaid our trip. Never got refund for money that was without any reason debit our credit card by hotel. Upon back n forth manager Clinton said he refunded the money but we never got money back almost a month. Don’t know why hotel debit the customer credit card when its prepaid by in advance through booking at trip. Com.
It’s disappointing to see such big companies can play around to Trick customers and put customers responsible for doing booking online instead direct to hotel.
