Hotel property and staff are great. Be sure to get a room on the east side away from the interstate noise if you are a light sleeper. Odd numbered rooms are on the east side. Temporary road construction around the hotel makes getting to the hotel a little confusing but poses no problem after that once you get your bearings. We stayed 3 nights and will stay there again in April. Shout out to Kendra for her great front desk service!

We just needed a place stop for the night as we traveled through.
For one night it was fine. The room had an odor and the carpet in front of the fridge was wet.
We told the front desk and she made note when we checked out.
It is an old property but they have kept it nice.
I would stay again, the other room my family was in had no issues.

Location is great as we can walk to downtown in 15mins. Staff were very friendly. The only negative is that the wifi doesn’t work if you are staying on the 9th floor and one day the house keeping didn’t clean our room.

I had friends traveling through from Austin, Texas to Baltimore, Maryland. It was a very nice place to meet up and enjoy a night out and the easy access and great accommodations made it even better.

My stay unfortunately was not a pleasant one. The air was on the blink the entire stay. The television did not work. There were roaches in my room. I contacted the front desk and reported the bugs. He stated it is probably time for inspection. Also he would ask for and adjustment to my bill. I also reported the mold around the corners of my bathtub. Maintenance who was very nice come to my room and rebooted the dish box, but it did not work so I didn’t bother calling again. I hope they have all these complaints fixed before the next customer comes. I definitely would not anyone to have this experience.

The hotel was busy, not very clean, and seemed understaffed.
The reception person as was the shuttle driver. Service was sloe because they were stretched thin.
