The house itself is beautiful, one of the children thought it was a castle. The rooms were very large and spacious the beds were comfortable. They provided some coffee pods that was nice. We had an issue with wasp nest that was too high to get ourselves and they came out right away. Other than the carpets pretty stained in some of the rooms it was really clean and inviting.

Great Family Friendly Getaway I rented this home for graduation weekend to have friends and family celebrate my son's high-school graduation. The home is beautiful. The main kitchen/living room area is open allowing all of our guests to conversate without anyone feeling excluded. Everyone enjoyed the pool area, the covered back patio is great and the outdoor kitchen was perfect for grilling. The home is isolated with an empty lot on one side and quite a bit of separation from the home on the other. We all enjoyed the weekend, the graduation party was a huge success with everyone having a great time. Would recommend.

Little Elm Family Holiday The property was perfect for our family gathering. The indoor and outdoor kitchen was a huge hit. The overall space was fantastic. Kathy did an awesome job from beginning to the wrap up. The nice touches of Christmas decorations and our favorite wine made the stay extra special. Definitely would rent again.
