Mi experiencia no ha podido ser peor. Lo único bueno de este alojamiento fue la ubicación bastante céntrica. Aunque debes asumir que no vas a dormir por las noches por todo el ruido y el nulo aislamiento. El alojamiento era un bajo que no tenía ni ventana, esta era la misma que la puerta. No cumple con las condiciones mínimas de habitabilidad. Estaba MUY sucio y con ambiente húmedo, de ahí la presencia de varias cucarachas. La peor parte fue la actitud desganada de la anfitriona ante cualquier comunicación con ella. Este establecimiento se aprovecha del perfil de personas que visitan la ciudad un par de días y no tienen tiempo de buscar otro lugar dónde quedarse. Nada más llegar tocan tu puerta con el datáfono en mano para cobrarte y toda comunicación a partir de ahí resulta muy difícil. De la misma manera, se niegan a facilitarte el libro de reclamaciones aun sabiendo la ilegalidad de esto.

Pffff te venden una cosa y te dan otra. La habitación es para gente que mida 1,30. El colchón es incómodo pase las dos peores noches de mi vida, para llegar a la habitación fue una odisea por que no nos indicaron correctamente y tuvimos que ir habitación por habitación buscando la nuestra, incluso me dieron un código de una habitación que no era la mía y fue desagradable. Fatal pero fatal.. Ahhhhh y si reservas aquí la habitación pues ten en cuenta que debes llevar una maleta pequeña por que de lo contrario subir eso tan empinado es imposible.

Review: I wish I could give zero stars. This was, without a doubt, the worst night I’ve ever had in any accommodation. First of all, the room we booked was not the room we got. The bed was broken in the middle, making it impossible to sleep comfortably—not that we got any sleep anyway, thanks to what happened next. Around 1 AM, a man upstairs started screaming like a lunatic. He kept this up for over two hours, banging on doors as if he was trying to break in. It was absolutely terrifying. I didn’t dare to leave my room because I didn’t feel safe. The lights in the building kept going on and off, doors slammed repeatedly, and the whole situation felt completely out of control. At 3 AM, I was seriously considering leaving for a hotel instead. When we informed the hosts, their response was far from reassuring. If you're looking for a safe and peaceful stay where you actually get what you booked, stay far away from this place.

El alojamiento estaba mas deteriorado que en las fotos. Ducha dimuta, cama muy muy blanda, taza del baño incomoda, la calefacción excasa y muy muy muy mal insonorizado

Great Location...but be warned...
Plus side, its in a great location for bars, restaurants and exploring. Thoughtful touches (fridge, heater)..Downside is we experienced issues with power failure, street noise and interior fittings. The suite only has one window which is the front door and all who pass can see in as it is on street level.

Mini apartamento con encanto en zona historica
Nada mal la experiencia, había leido algunas quejas y estaba en duda, pero no las confirmo. Si es cierto que el acceso tiene unas escaleras algo complicadas de subir, pero esto es algo normal en las casas pombalinas del casco antiguo de Lisboa. Si te quieres hospedar en el centro pues ten en cuenta que no hay ascensores, escaleras muy pronunciadas, la estructura es de madera y el suelo irregular... todo absolutamente normal en esta zona. Si esto no te gusta pues reserva en un hotel moderno. Tiene mucho encanto y la habitacion perfectamente limpia y decorada, con zona de lavadora y secadora para ropa. Situada en una zona inmejorable, todo bien!
