行く便が欠航したため、その旨をすぐホテルに連絡し 1日宿泊が遅れる旨了承を得ました。 次の日チェックインをし、部屋に行ってみると借りていた部屋がダウングレードしていた。 受付に言うと私達が予約した部屋はもう空いていないとの事。 システムエラーと言っていたが、 メールで連絡したはずなのになぜそんな事が起きるのかが 理解不明。 私達は朝食をつけていなかった為、朝食をサービスすると言われたので1日目は料金は請求されなかったが 2日目は請求され、受付にその旨を伝えたら 朝食は1日分だけだと言われた。 サービスすると言われた段階で1日だけとは言われていないし、部屋をダウングレードされて泊まる3日分つけてくれないのはとてもケチだなと落胆し失望。 2日目の朝食のお金払っちゃった？だけ聞かれて 当たり前じゃんと思いながら『YES』と言った後何も言われず。 こちらは連絡してるのにシステムエラーで〜とか言う理由でとても不愉快なホテルサービスだった。 受付も悪びれた様子なし。

We've just returned from a stay at this hotel location is brilliant, we booked room only but had breakfast in the hotel just one morning which was average, the room was clean a bit dark. Reception staff were friendly and extremely helpful I would certainly recommend this hotel.

The staff was exceptional, were eager to help with all requests. The high rating is mostly because staff made everything easy and pleasant

Really enjoyed our stay, although the WiFi wasn't working throughout the entire duration of our stay (5 nights); which is a necessity when visiting from abroad.

I was very surprice that i had to deposite 50 euro in cash - euros i neede to use at my stay . Does not make sence

Hotel staff is polite, service, clean is OK, breakfast buffet Ero17/person, quality is so so. Room is extremely small, no work desk, feel not match the price asked for. Location is close to downtown, most restaurants target to the tourists, selling dishes ways different from the photos, much be carful.

I loved the historical look and feel of the hotel. The front desk help could not have been more helpful and informative. And the room, could not have been more perfect, except for one disappointing fact, because it was already November, they had already placed controls with the A/C across the hotel, so that it wouldn't sufficiently cool the room. Sadly, it was warm outside that day of my stay, and sleeping was not the most comfortable. Luckily, I was only there one night. If you are taking a cruise, it is walking distance to the port, and to all kinds of venues from restaurants to shopping.

The room was "Pretty" but not functionable. The sake was on the floor and you had to get on your knees to use. The Bath vanity was toooo small, no place to put anything. The shower "Rain Head" could swing to the outside of the shower and the whole bath would get flooded.

Was a mixed stay. Good location. Lovely staff. Comfortable bed. Some shortcomings though. I had room 504 and my friend 508 - both executive single rooms. Room 504 had nowhere to sit - all the other rooms had a chair (the executive and the normal rooms). There were little things missing - no spoon to stir coffee and cream into coffee. No soap dish to place soap on to. The biggest problem I had was the speakers in the corridor playing very loud ‘muzac’ throughout the night on my second nights’ stay. After trying to ignore it, I called the Reception about 1am. He checked the system and said that it was all showing normal, and remotely checked that the neighbouring rooms weren’t playing the muzac. He apologised that there was no more he could do. I tried to ignore it but the bass was pumping into my bedroom. I took some video clips to show how loud the corridor speakers were and went down to Reception about 2am. Once he heard how loud the speakers in the corridor were, he came up to the 5th floor to have a look. He thought it was a technical issue, and tried to look at something in a service corridor, but he couldn’t stop it. He found a remedy though and gave me an alternative room to sleep in - 319. It was peaceful in there. The other issue was that the self serve coffee machine was not dispensing coffee correctly on both days. Both days, this was resolved - once by a waiter fiddling inside the machine, and today by another waiter making a cappuccino on a proper machine.
