The instructions for luggage storage are unclear. There is no reception in the basement and no immediate translation. There is no staff to contact. There is no way to open the door on the first floor. It opens when you press the bell. Anyone can enter. There was a power outage during the stay. Fortunately, I found a cleaning staff in the basement -1. She followed the instructions on the phone to help me reply to the power outage. If no one is found, no one can help temporarily.
