Hotel VIP Grand Lisboa is located about 4 min walking from the metro station Campo Pequeno, which is the yellow line. It is not far from the airport, about 10 mins by taxi. It is also easy to go to the city center or the airport by metro. There is a nice restaurant in the hotel. You can also find some small restaurants nearby and a food court at Sagres Campo Pequeno. The room is spacious with a bathtub. They provide a bottle of water everyday, but there is no kettle to boil water and they don’t provide coffee or tea bags. For a four star hotel, the numbers of toiletries and towels provided daily are quite inconsistent. There are many parking spaces on the street outside the hotel, but there is no specific place for taxi drop off. The outdoor swimming pool is closed in December. Overall, it is not a bad choice.

Front desk will call to taxi if taxied are not waiting in front of the hotel. To Lisbon airport from the hotel for about 10mins the cost around €6. The taxi was not able to use card, need to ready for payment by cash.

Hotel condition is ok once. Although it is an old hotel, it was tidy and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom is clean. The shower room has music therapy, but it was amazing. Amenity is Morton Brown, and the coffee machine is Nespresso. Coffee is of course free. There was no electric port. Very friendly staff. I saw you tidying up the bathroom by accident. It was an old hotel that smelled like a sewer, but I couldn't complain because it was so carefully managed that I couldn't blame it. The smell is fine if you close the bathroom door well. Besides, I didn't like frustration, so I kept the windows open so I thought it was better. Oh, when you organized it in the afternoon, you might have snacks like candy or tarts. I wandered around and ate really good. Breakfast was just the right kind (vegetables, cheese, ham and sausage, eggs, fruits, bread, milk, juice, coffee, etc.). The manager was very friendly at breakfast. Oh, we had wine and steak with room service. The location is perfect .. Buses, trams and subway stops are right in front of you and you can walk to the sea just a few steps away. There are many good restaurants nearby. The Trem takes you directly to the main tourist attractions ... Ah, the flats near the hotel make it easy to walk around. I called the front desk to send water, but I didn't expect to be charged a bottle of water and service fee. The main reason is that I stayed for four nights in total. Except for the first night, there was no water refill. The next three nights had free water refills, and I was not informed of the relevant fees on the first night. The location of the hotel was very good. The metro station Olaias of the Red line was a minute's walk away. By using the metro, one could travel around easily to Rossio and most attractions. A supermarket was around the corner. Breakfast was satisfying but without any change during my four days stay. It is recommended in general.

Stayed for 4 nights with friends, service was great, with a nice bar area. Room was great and the biggest bed ever and was very comfortable. Great breakfast in the morning. The light show was worth watching, sitting outside in the evening with a bottle of wine. Visited in November and was lucky to have great weather. Staff were very kind, friendly and helpful.

Amazing hotel!!!!5 star customer service. I was so impressed with the level of service at every level. I would definitely go back without a doubt… very attentive… hospitality is off the charts. Must go, you won’t be disappointed.
