As my baby was turning one, I booked this place for better photography. When I arrived at the hotel, Xiao Jing at the front desk upgraded us to a suitable room. The room was large and well-lit, and I could see the Yi River at a glance. Xiaobao and his family had a happy birthday. In short, the experience was great. I will come again next time. Hotel is situated in the central district. In the evening the area is nice but not loud. City night live is at the otherside of the river, easily reachable by taxi in 10 minutes. There are two shopping centres at walking distance. Food ordered over WeChat will be delivered till at the room doorstep by the hotel robot (kids were thrilled). Hotel staff was excellent, escpecialy C at the reception was friendly and helpfull. Checking in with only English language skills was no problem thanks to her. Rooms were excellent and brand new, as is the rest of the hotel. Breakfast is of good quality and has a big variety of choices. Btw, the coffee is exelent.

A lovely hotel. The ambience in the reception area is calming and well decorated. The room was functional, but sufficient. The bed was comfortable and housekeeping responsive and patient (after a late night I slept in until 16:00 and they had to hang around waiting for me to leave the room so they could perform their duties). The only slight issues were that there was no coat hook and the shower took several minutes to warm up. Other than that the room was perfect. Reception were patient and helpful and the whole stay was very pleasant. I will happily book the hotel again the next time I am in the city.
