房間設施比較老舊，甚至牆角的牆皮都有斑駁。
布草上有頭髮。
跟前台借東西，要求客人下樓去拿。
衹有四瓶免費瓶裝水，再續需要買；而且水是本地產的，不是農夫山泉等品牌。
早上就有人搞衞生，吸塵器聲音很大影響休息；明明在標註了請勿打擾，清潔工還直接開門打掃，開門看到有人後説了句“原來有人啊”，連道歉都沒有就關門出去了。
自助餐很難評，能吃的不多，好吃的更少，唯一可圈可點的是揚州炒飯。
温泉區休息區提供水果等，但是沒開暖氣，太冷

温泉建議24小時，這樣便於不同泡浴的人需求。我們晚上吃完飯回酒店，温泉就要關門了，就沒法泡了、早晨又要起早出發，所以沒有辦法泡温泉了..

環境還可以，就是設施有些舊了
下面自助餐比較坑，用的食材都是合成的，不清楚是否符合食品檢驗標準，比如那個牛肉卷一下鍋就沒顏色了，這種假肉竟然堂而皇之的給客人吃，其他食材也沒有多少像樣的

房間不多做評價，就那樣，乾淨衞生，雖然有衹臭蟲，但是無傷大雅。主要談論下温泉，個別池子水有點臟，水温上不去，池子偏少。小童票不能掛住宿，次日不能再次入住，這點有待加強，不如觀塘，但是住宿的温泉票，次日不限時，可以整天，比觀塘強，觀塘是衹能到12點。泳巾偏少，衹在更衣室，温泉池周邊沒有定點放置，泳巾濕了沒處換。
