A wonderful hotel in a super clean and quiet area called Clearwater Bay. The service from Diana was excellent and she helped us to settle in and provided everything we needed with her brilliant hospitality. The breakfast quality was high, a great swimming pool and a nice private beach. The room was big with stunning views! Highly recommended!

Our stay at this hotel was an extraordinary experience, made exceptional by the outstanding service provided by Elena. From the moment we arrived, Elena greeted us warmly and took care of our every need throughout our stay. She was always available for communication, whether in person or over the phone (or texting via WeChat) making sure that we were comfortable and well-informed. Elena's assistance went beyond the usual. She helped us with translations, speaking fluent English, Chinese, and Russian, ensuring that language was never a barrier for us. Her dedication truly shone when she orchestrated a special surprise for my girlfriend's birthday. She arranged for the pianist to play a heartfelt rendition of "Happy Birthday," creating a memorable and touching moment that we will cherish forever. The hotel itself is a masterpiece of architecture, combining luxurious comfort with a cozy atmosphere. The grandiose design blends beautifully with the tropical, jungle-like surroundings, offering a unique and immersive experience. The beach, with its clear white sand, adds to the paradise-like vibe. Breakfast was another highlight, with amazing buffet that catered to a variety of tastes. Our room, complete with a private pool, was stunning and provided the perfect setting for relaxation. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and kind, contributing to the overall sense of hospitality and warmth. Elena's exceptional service, along with the hotel's luxurious amenities, made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and unparalleled service.

We are a family from uk travelling through China with our two sons 10 and 8 years old. The big plus of this hotel is the private and peaceful beach. This hotel has large enough grounds and spaces to feel not crowded and peaceful. Our lady butler spoke english and was super helpful. Food was good quality and nice choice, although we struggled a bit to find a variety of vegetarian dishes for our vegetarian son, having said that this was a bit of an issue everywhere we went. The hotel is situated away from the major tourist agglomeration which is very nice. The only thing we found strange was the music constantly played at the beach buffet. We would have preferred to listen to the waves and the crickets than the man made noise… I guess this maybe a bit of a cultural difference . On that note … the last orders at the bar are at 9:30pm. All in all we all had a great stay and would recommend the hotel without hesitation.

The grounds and room were beautiful, room service was efficient but I want to give a special thanks to Joe Torres who went above and beyond. I normally never ever write reviews but this time i felt I had to. We had a minor issue in the room which Joe resolved super quick and efficiently but he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a memorable one. Of course an upgrade was nice but it was more the little details like asking what time we were checking out so he could send us off and a thoughtful leaving gift that were special touches. His warmth, sincerity and efficiency is the gold standard - and I can't remember meeting anyone better in the hospitality industry in my 14 years here in China and I have stayed in all the major 5 star hotels in shanghai and beijing.

We spent 4 nights at Raffles Hainan during Christmas holidays with my family and definitely it's the best experience we had in Hainan. We have tried several hotels in Sanya but none of them can be compared to Raffles. The resort is located in a privileged place, probably one of the few paradise left in entire Hainan. White and sandy beach, plus extremely clean. Before my arrival, I got in touch with the Spanish speaking manager, Joe Torres who made sure and went above and beyond to make sure my arrival was smooth and without any complications (Due Covid situation). Upon my arrival we were greeted by Joe Torres who arranged everything and promptly introduced our personal Butler, also named Joe. We had a fantastic room with phenomeal view to the sea, extremely clean, welcome decorations on our bed in Spanish (Nice and unique touch) and cute Christmas welcome amenities. The hotel looks in good shape even if it's already 8 years old. Breakfast was fantastic, probably the best I'ever had in Sanya with a wide selection of chinese and western options. My egg benedict was cooked on point and my daugther was delighted by the extensive pastry option. Also, big thank you to Jane & Eric, managers at the restaurant who took care of my dining during my stay. The lounge bar at the pool was my way to go when to have some food, for it's unique vibe and accessibility to the pool. I totally recommend their fried noodles and club sandwich. Quesadillas and tuna sandwich were not to my taste. Overall we had a fantastic christmas vacation with my entire family and thank the entire team at Raffles Hainan for make sure me and family had a smooth holidays. We will definitely come back and I totally recommend this place to those who look for privacy, quiteness and unique high end service.

這次入住萊佛士酒店是本次行程中最讓人滿意的酒店了，酒店是妥妥的東南亞風格，非常美麗，電影《消失的她》就是在這個酒店取景的，非常適合拍照打卡的一家酒店，酒店管家副經理姚校霖提前一天就聯繫了我們，幫我們提前安排了一間高層的海景套房，房間有200多平米，乾淨衞生，並且辦理入住的時候小姐姐就一路陪同並且引導我們到房間，因為酒店比較大，我們不停的麻煩小姐姐，她也是做到了有問必答，有問題必解決，並且主動給我們辦理了提前入住和延遲退房，酒店的東南亞餐廳口味特別好吃也很正宗，得到我們一家三口的一致好評，酒店兩個游泳池，同時滿足了暢遊和小童遊樂，穿過泳池就到了酒店的沙灘區域，這裡是清水灣著名的會唱歌的沙灘，水清沙白，可以撿貝殼和抓蟹，我們玩的都很開心，酒店的早餐特別豐富，還有陵水的特色清補涼和酸粉，酒店的旅拍也很棒，工作人員認真負責，我們一家決定下次直接來陵水並且衹選擇萊福士，服務讓人滿意👍

住宿體驗非常好，就是遇到颱風天沒玩盡心，下次還帶小朋友入住萊佛士。 管家Evonne服務很好，消息回覆及時，找不到spa位置，Evonne也第一時間帶我過去！！！ 酒店的小童活動很不錯，帶小朋友做了卡通包包、相框貼畫，手工皂，玩的也很開心。 期待下次入住☀️☀️體驗沙灘海鮮燒烤自助
