Comfortable hotel in a refurbished old castle on top of a hill. Comes with an onsen, including outdoor onsens. However, location was a bit inaccessible with no amenities nearby so taking a cab to the city was essential for food and groceries. Staff were also curt and not very friendly.

酒店人員很熱情給提箱子
因為提前知道要走台階
世紀開車也還好走了三層大概挺有意思的
可以直接看到王家大院
中秋節還送了月餅長者覺得挺滿意 古色古香

1.投訴酒店工作人員！大下雨的，帶着孩子拿個大箱子請師傅幫提一下箱子，因為全程都是樓梯坎兒。請他把箱子提到停車場居然全程甩臉，我們走的時候給他説謝謝，扭頭就走以表示他的不滿。
2.房間居住設施非常普通，甚至可以直接説不好用。
3.早餐普通,質量一般。管理混亂。
4.前台人員不熱情，沒有服務意識。

超超超超級棒，這風景絕了，城牆上看跟王家大院一模一樣，重點是沒人啊，一人獨享整座古堡的感覺簡直不要太爽，王家大院逛逛院子，拍照來這裏真的無敵。服務也好，工作人員都很熱情，雖然要爬點樓梯，但實際上樓梯並沒有多高啊，完全不難爬，跟這種極致壯觀的風景相比實在不足一提，太喜歡了，十分推薦！！！

如果想住這個酒店得有相當的體力，爬上去都氣喘吁吁。要説酒店的環境還是很美的。
就是臨退房了出門搬着行李箱，遇到兩個服務員走過去，門檻這樣高，連一句要不要幫忙都沒有，看了一眼就走了。衞生間的衞生捲紙，上一個房客沒用完的，竟然沒有換新的，就放着讓下一個客户使用，實在是有點不衞生，真是有點膈應。服務員的服務綜合水平還是有待提高。在這裏確實沒有得到該有服務。真心不大推薦。

十年前曾經住過，這次帶着全家來感受一下王家大院的輝煌。
整體氛圍環境非常好，土炕房的院子特別舒服，超大的土炕尤其適合家裡娃多的。客房服務有求必應，反應迅速，雖然淡季但是感覺很好。
崇寧堡的中餐做的很好，餃子、過油肉、饃夾扣肉都很正宗。特別是刀削麪，澆頭地道，麪條勁道，贊。
正好趕上了下雪，隨處拍照都很出片！比十年前的設施增加了不少。

第二次選擇住在崇寧堡，這次訂了最大的套院，讓人有點遺憾，房間是真冷啊！都蒙著頭睡覺，生怕吹中風了，太冷了真的是。叫個服務人員都得打好幾次電話才來人，真的都無語了將近3000塊一晚上，體驗是真差，真不如以前住的400多的土炕
