Everything was excellent except when the hotel is 90% occupied the hot water tub couldn't keep up with the demand and hence for a few days I had to wait till after 1-2am for a hot shower. Feedback this to the owner but seems like he wouldn't invest more into his hot water infrastructure for better improvement.

酒店環境温馨舒適安靜，房間乾淨整潔舒服，設施齊全先進，很不錯，前台服務態度很好，熱情禮貌，温柔體貼，有什麼客需，都會及時送到，餐廳的早餐，營養美味，各種菜色小吃應有盡有，特別美味好吃。以後出差旅行，必須還住這家酒店♥

沒找到投訴的地方在哪裡。這是我1.17的訂單，整體還可以。2.1又預訂，入住的時候説過年期間熱水可能會比較晚一點，也表示理解，等到晚上十二點依然沒有熱水。一點多有熱水，但也不是很熱的那種，洗不到一會，頭髮剛濕突然就變成涼水了。給前台打電話，打了兩個都沒有人接，前台沒有客服人員，打第三個有人接，問熱水怎麼回事，前台説可能別的客人也用水，把問題推給客人，偌大一個漢庭，入住客人用熱水要分批分時分段使用才能正常運轉嗎？入住服務寫的是24小時熱水，這就是漢庭的水平嗎？不重視消費者的權益，不如實告知消費者真實情況，隱瞞消費者的知情權。

昨晚辦理入住到房間後檢查床鋪，床單和床墊的夾層處有頭髮…很明顯的衞生不到位，第一時間聯繫前台，夜間值班前台沒有給出合理回覆和解決措施。第二天退房再次反饋，補償華住會會員。
這家漢庭開業後入住了好幾次，這次感受很不好，應該不會再住了，建議酒店不要再出現這種明顯的衞生問題。
