Excellent customer service. The gentleman in the evening shift who looked after me was very wonderful. My hotel room was just perfect. Very comfortable mattress. Very cozy. The view of the Lincoln Cathedral was fantastic. The bar staff were very friendly. All the staff members were very professional and polite. The breakfast staff looked after me very well. There was an intermittent problem with the shower controls that I forgot to mention at the hotel. Room no. 350. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We choose this hotel as it was close to where our friends live. We booked 3 double rooms and even though we weren’t in them for long, they were lovely and clean. Staff weee super nice and friendly The location wasn’t too bad as we could travel to where we wanted to go. The windmill was a great place to eat and for a good price too.

Breakfast is not bad, the landlord is very good, I used to be a big bed shared bathroom, but after the arrival, the landlord changed me to a large bed with a bathroom, taking care of the thoughtful

Located next to the university, there are swans by the lake, beautiful scenery, and close to the train station, shops, restaurants and supermarkets, very convenient. What’s even more unexpected is a small welcome gift🎁 in this cold☃️weather❄️ – warm cookies🍪

A great location right on the water front. The beds were comfy and the shower was great. Could do with a few extra milk/sugar etc but were given some more at reception when we asked

Everything was absolutely amazing. The hotel was super cozy and quiet, and they gave us breakfast every day. The sheets were so clean, and they changed the towels every day.
