Pemi Cabins

This is our go to hiking vacation spot with the pup. The cabins are small, quaint,cute and clean. Perfect place to come back to after a long day of hiking the trails and sitting by the rivers. Location is everything you need. Trails to hike, mountains to climb, grocery store if you forgot something. Small kitchen and outside grills. What more can you need. We have been going for past 15 years and always stay in cabin 6,7 or 8. Listening to the river rushing all night is best part. The new owners have not skipped a beat in keeping it so clean and have upgraded a lot of the place beautifully. If you are looking for a clean, cute, affordable place to relax after a long hike this is your place. Just got home and can’t wait to go back

We loved this place! We were in cabin 10. Cabin is very small but comfortable bed and the screened in porch over the river was incredible! Left the porch door open all night and we slept like babies. Staff was awesome! Fire pits are awesome! We will be back!

Rented a cabin that has a screened in porch that was right on the pemi river - great location. The place has multiple fire pits (need to supply own firewood). Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot water was good, once it reaches the cabin, took between 5 and 10 mins for hot water to come out of the shower (owner says our cabin was far away from hot water tank). The place is very close to edge of Daniel Webster highway and there is an auto shop across the street - so a bit noisy.

Pemi is BY FAR my FAVORITE place to stay. By Sept I will have stayed 10 x’s. My goal is to stay in every cabin at least once 😊 the new owners are great and QUICK to rectify ANY issue you may have. We stayed May 2-4 2025 and even though it rained, our cute cabin did just the trick. We had the tv and playing cards. Slept with the door to the screened- in porch open and a few windows to fall sleep to the sound of the Pemi River and it kept it cool enough as there’s no air conditioner in this cabin. It does have a box fan if needed though. Fireplace is not operational at this time as they’re all undergoing maintenance. Decent size bathroom with walk in shower. And there’s a small table for 2 on porch to eat. 2 Adirondack chairs outside to sit and enjoy the mountain view. They have a cute “lounge” you can watch tv in or shoot some darts and listen to music if the weather doesn’t cooperate. We stayed in Cabin 7 this time. Kitchen is on screened in porch. Small fridge. 4 burner stove top. Coffee pot and toaster. I put a roast in the crockpot and we set off for the day and the cabin smelled DELICIOUS once we got back. Close to a grocery store and dollar store for things you might have forgotten. Or there’s a gas station right up the street with a small store inside incase you don’t want to drive the 5 minutes to price chopper. Already have cabins booked for July, August and September. My wife and I booked #5 River Otter cabin. Nice and cozy,fireplace that said do not use(no big deal). Screen in porch right on top of the river that was beautiful and you could hear it all night as you were sleeping which was awesome. Has a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Shower was just right for me,super hot but my wife couldn’t get it to her liking. It was real hot or turned cold turning it down a little. Bed was comfortable. No problem checking in or out as I never saw anyone. I needed towels for the next night so called and left a message and it was handled. Definitely would go again!

This property was very well maintained. Cabins were very clean , very well stocked with everything you would need to cook. Can’t wait to come back , and be able to enjoy the fire place , shuffleboard etc. It was raining sadly the whole time , and then of course the day we left it was nice sunny and 68!
