Very quiet place, useful for recharging own energy. As business group very good opportunities to meet and team up. Lovely rooms in different areas and with different interior. Short trail (3 different routes) available to watch local birds and monkeys.

It long after ordering for food and the food and soft drinks is expensive in comparison with other hotels in kenya..it place is more expensive than five stars..the environment is very friendly..the forest and well keep grass

The institution is very professional and the scenery is very beautiful thus giving the guests a wholesome experience. The facilities available make this place very flexible for hosting different events. I would recommend that people give it a try and experience it for themselves.

Generally every field i visited is just cool and amazing and moreso the teachings.The best room was during the field games.My best part of my stay was during the lecture in the hall,it was accompanied by drama and laughter.Indeed it was fantastic,i did learnt that visiting new environment and adapting to the changes,,it feels welcoming to impress this today life.

I loved the location! I enjoyed being able to hike around the forest and go running in the mornungs. Staff were so friendly. Just all around great service. Rooms were comfy and I would definitely go back. The facility was great for the workshop I attended. It's a great option for getting out of Nairobi without having ing to go too far.

This place is a conference/workshop hosts dream. The facilities are just excellent. Even more so is the staff's knowledge and dedication to your event. Simply the best experience I've ever had. I'd like to specifically mention Francis, our event host, and Fredrick in the restaurant. Professionals professionals. Our facilitates were thoughtfully appointed with whiteboards, wall space, large screens, and glorious natural light. Well well considered. Like a space for the facilitator to lay out their materials in an inconspicuous place near the front of the room. Everything was setup as if the entire team knows exactly what makes a group space function well. We had two rooms with large glass doors that opened to patio -- which could be left open most of the day. The AV person was waiting in the room to check the equipment. There were extension cords that were out of everyone's way, but perfectly arranged to serve everyone in the room. I asked how early I could get in to prepare. It was early! And when I walked over, it was all open and ready for me (hours before everyone was to arrive). There are other special things about this place. Water everywhere with reusable glasses. No lugging in cases of plastic. The food in the restaurant was GREAT and much of it grown nearby. The cafe and the surrounding workspace is open quite late. A lovely gift shop and an even lovelier experience with Rose, the storekeeper. There is also a remarkably restored forest that is worth support and a trip by itself. The rooms are very clean, the water hot. Nothing fancy, but the only other place you'd find this attention to piling your bed with the quantity of soft blankets they do is your grandmothers. Laundry service is great. My room had a full closet and lots of hangers so I could prepare and unwrinkle my clothing for the week. Very good at the details this place. Higher elevation means cooler temps and not a lot of bugs competing for your attention. Would easily easily select this place again. Would consider using Nairobi for future events because of this space. Not that far out of Nairobi.
