Very disappointed. Self catering this is not. There was no kitchenware to prepare any food. No bowls etc. none given after asking either. rooms mopped with dirty water. No attachment for shower. Room in very poor state of repair. Our banister in the room was very loose and dangerous. Cleaner let herself in room without knocking first. It unfortunately spoilt our holiday

The hotel is very clean and nice as well as the staff who are very friendly however the breakfast selection was very minimal and was not the best.The hotel itself is very good however could do with abit more maintenance nonetheless the hotel is very clean and the rooms were very tidy with housekeeping coming everyday.Not to mention it’s right in the centre of the town where there are many restaurants and shops as well as excursions stalls making the trip so easy with everything so close

Wonderful stay at Kassavetis Center! We had a great experience during our stay at Kassavetis Center. The location is perfect — close to everything you need, from the beach to shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained. A special thanks to the reception team, who were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made a difference in our trip. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hersonissos!

We relocated to this hotel because of M issue with the original one. We didn't have full money at the time because we were waiting on a refund. The manager was very understanding of our situation and we came to a mutual arrangement which lifted a lot of stress from us. It's very central to everything the bar and pools are very good. The batman Eddie is great. Everyone should try banana daiquiri

Was warmly welcomed at reception. Had a 7 night stay & was unfortunately very disappointed with our room. It was very tired & dated. With this being Self Catering there was a major lack of cooking utensils (1 saucepan) so had to request more. No cereal bowls. The hob/oven was very old . There was a plug socket hanging off the wall. The shower was not fixed, (so had to improvise) also flooded the bathroom, lack of warm water. Our room was situated above the Taxi rank, where, early in the morning, you could hear the drivers, shouting, not talking. BEWARE we also witnessed drivers urinating, in FULL VIEW, up the wall. No fresh towels or room cleaned for 3 days. Tissue in the lock of the door? Also looked like an attempt to break in. Very disappointing 😞

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is perfectly located, with the beach and everything you might need just a short walk away. The sea view from our room was absolutely stunning. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. We highly recommend this place

I stayed at the hotel for 7 nights during last year and booked a city view room. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with a stunning view of the city square. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, from fresh fruits to hot dishes, and everything was delicious and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, a little bit small for me but ensuring a good night's sleep. The only minor issue was the Wi-Fi, which was a bit slow at times...(but no complain cause is free of charge). . and the room rate was on budget. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to returning on my next trip.

A very tired hotel, breakfast was not the best and the staff at breakfast were not very helpful. We booked a sea view which looked great on the website. However the reality was a little different. We were overlooking the sea but also the entertainment strip which got nosier as the night went on. It was a good job we had ear plugs as sleeping was a challenge until 3.00 am. Would not go back, the staff in the reception area were great and could not help you enough.

I have used Love Holidays for many holidays with no cause for complaint - but the Hotel for my holiday to Crete had many Health & Safety Issues at the Hotel. It was not up to the standard - as in maintenance of the hotel/rooms I was expecting from a 3 star hotel & the representation that was made on the Love Holidays website – this includes the detail held on the hotel, the facilities of the hotel as in the room contents & the pictures provided of the hotel. I had an expectation of the standard of maintenance & repair of the hotel & the level experienced at the hotel is the worst I have experienced in 35 years on having many holidays. The receptionist & manager were to put it mildly “quite difficult” & instead of apologising it was apparent this issue was going to mean a not & very nice start to my holiday. My room was changed after requesting my £100 Euro deposit for the original room but by this point I really didn't want to be staying there for the rest of my holiday. I stuck it out because I didn't want to be out of pocket & put in a formal complaint with Love Holidays requesting £150 in compensation but only got back £55.84. The location is great - don't pick this one - there are pleanty of nicer ones with better customer service! Happy Holidays
