No vale ni la mitad de lo que cuesta, la calidad de las habitaciones son de un hotel barato, el personal de servicio al huésped no sabe donde está parado, sus políticas de reservas para los restaurantes limitan en un 100% a todo los que recién ingresan .

Simplemente espectacular, hotel resort, lieteralmente un pueblito, las decoraciones tenamitas te hacen viajar en el tiempo para vivir una experiencia real de estilo antiguo. Abundante comida, bebidas, muchos juegos recreativos, picinas, ideal para quedarse una semana.

La peor experiencia desde la reserva, el proceso del check-in demoró dos horas y nadie te informa pues tienes que adivinar, tampoco te dicen que tienes que hacer reserva en los restaurantes entonces tienes que ir al buffet que es pésimo, los jardines están descuidados y ponen unas mayas naranjas de construcción que dan mal aspecto al hotel, las camionetas tienen los asientos rotos y en general el hotel está muy descuidado.

Es un alojamiento que requiere modernizarse, cuartos muy antiguos pero excelente comida. La atencion muy buena pero la empresa no invierte en mejoras en la infraestructura veo lo mismo que hace 15 años pero mas antiguo. No es una buena relacion calidad / precio, asimismo los cuartos standard son demasiado pequeños y no tienen mantenimiento.

La experiencia en el hotel fue buena, la calidad - precio deben mejorar sobretodo en la variedad de las bebidas y mas variedad en las comidas. Las habitaciones deben mejorar un poco sobretodo porque gotea cuando llueve en las noches. El check in y check out es lo peor del servicio. Si quieres aprovechar al maximo el todo incluido debes por lo menos estar 1 hora de anticipación para que a las 3 y 20 aproximadamente te den la llave de tu habitación.

Demasiada gente, la atención es lenta, check in check out es demasiado largo, no se dan abasto, te entregan las habitaciones a las 5pm y te tienen esperando desde las 3pm, no les importa si están con niños menores de 5 años y con bebés de menores de 6mesws, las vacaciones se tornan desagradables, la comida es pésima! Y no se cumplen con el cronograma de actividades. Lástima que me hice socia antes de saber todo esto. Cada año es peor.

SIN EMBARGO DEBEN MEJORAR SUS PROCESOS DE CHECK IN Y CHECK OUT YA QUE SON MUY ENGORROSOS PARA LOS VISITANTES. ADEMAS LOS HORARIOS PARA ALGUNAS ACTIVIDADES SON MUY ACOTADOS. Las habitaciones son viejas no están bien mantenidas. El servicio sobre todo en los bares de la piscina es pésimo. No encuentras reserva para los restaurantes a la carta por el aplicativo y no te permite reservar para toda tu estadía. Se debe reservar día a dia. A pesar de ser afiliados al programa Multivacaciones no te dan ninguna ventaja ni beneficio.

Atención al cliente pesíma, no nos resolvieron, dieron mala información, no volveremos jamás! Hoy es 14 de febrero y queríamos reservar en algún restaurante disponible, nos dijeron que a partir de de las 3pm con nuestras reserva, cuando volvimos a la hora después de la reserva anticipada y nos dicen que no hay disponibilidad y nos han perjudicado este día tan especial, nos debieron avisar que ya desde las 10am ya no había reserva para no planificar nada. Los encargados muy mal, nos responsabilizaron por su mala gestión. Muy malas sensaciones, las peores!!!!!
