For an older building, I was impressed with the state of the room. Large tv, generously sized fridge to chill your drinks, firm comfy mattress, deep tub, fresh paint, and everything very clean. The staff responded to requests and was very keen to make sure we were comfortable. The coffee pot was a proper at home sized pot. There's still the usual rough odds and ends you get at a two star, nothing I'd complain about, but if I could give one constructive criticism it would be that if you have a soaker tub in a room, make sure the faucet is able to switch between shower head or faucet - mine was stuck on shower only. I made do though! Will absolutely stay here again, hands down.

Stayed here for 1 night in May. While basic, the room was comfortable and the beds were big. Balcont was a nice touch to be able to sit outside and enjoy the silence and the views of the river from the room were beautiful. The bathroom could have done with a refresh if I am being honest but overall as motels go, this was a pleasant stay. Parking was plentiful and close to the room. Staff were nice.

Nice motel, central situated in Lillooet. Our room (201) had two kingsize beds and a clean bathroom. So the place is perfect for 1 or 2 nights. The view was perfect with the Fraser river in front and the mountains in the background. Within 300 meters several restaurants.

There is not much for wow factor here. But what you will get is a super comfortable bed with quality linens, a clean room with simple amenities like fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blow dryer, etc. What I really appreciated were the large rooms with wood laminate floors. So much cleaner that those dirty carpets you don't dare walk on barefoot. Would recommend and stay here again.

A last resort as all the other motels were booked for the night. The rooms were spacious, very clean and one of the best mattresses i have slept on. The only dilemma was a big party at the parking lot in front of my door at 2 am for nearly 1 hour. In the morning i find out it was a team of base ball players.

We stayed in this motel twice - both 1 night on our way to the Cariboo and 2 nights on the way back so we could explore Lillooet more. Our room was spacious and we got a unit with a kitchen which we always want when on the road for a bit. The bathroom could use a little facelift but overall, the room was immaculately clean and comfortable. The location is central, has a great view of the river and surrounding mountains and we found it to be very quiet. The owners were friendly and helpful. Overall, we think this motel is great value for the price and we are likely to stay here again.

This is a very small town, a few motels, almost everyone staying at motels in town are railway workers, truckers, or other working crews. There are work trucks everywhere. This motel and others like it are extremely busy with work crews coming and going daily. That being said, this is a very clean, basic, older motel that we have been at for 3 days now on a work visit. Comfortable beds, never ending hot water, very spacious. Centre of town, lots of safe parking. Also very quiet, most people only check in to sleep and leave very early in the morning. No partying people here! I would stay here again and highly recommend.

Stayed here on a motorcycle trip through the Interior. Nicely situated on the main strip, only a few mins walk from the two restaurants in Lillooet. Front desk staff was friendly. Room was clean. Beds comfortable. The green carpet through me off a bit, but seemed clean. Shower was nice. The only complaint was the walls are a bit thin, so I could hear my neighbours, but they went to bed early so it was fine. Had a comfortable sleep and would stay here again,
