Delighted with the service and our rooms. However, 5 floors without an elevator is a bit tough on old folks. Toilets could be better served with a bidet and water nozzle, especially since the cleaning Ah Yis kept forgetting to clean the inside of the toilet bowl and there is no brush in the toilet. Keeping the shower water temperature constant was a challenge. A small safe for keeping valuables in the room would be useful. But I would still come back again because the attention and service from this B&B serving crew was warm, excellent and praiseworthy, from the leader (Mr Jia) to the multipurpose receptionists (Xiao He & Ku) and kitchen staff (Ms Yan & Liu).

Enjoyed our stay here as buses and cars and able to access in to drop off your luggage. Love the roof top bar and view where you can take instagrammable photos without anyone queuing behind you to pressure you. Night view are awesome, nearby our hotel there are live band bars with good music. Plenty of food within the vicinity. One of the staff 欢欢 also helped us book our day trip at a good price and organised the transport for us at ease. Great hospitality! One thing to take note of is, because it’s an ancient town, there’s no elevator so better travel light!

This is a cozy and well-located homestay near two ancient towns — Lijiang Ancient City and Shuhe Ancient City. They offer convenient one-way transport to both, as well as pick-up service from the airport and train station, which is a great bonus. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer beautiful lake views. The homestay is also equipped with a lift, making it especially convenient for guests with mobility needs. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay!

I stay at the hotel with elegant double room, the room is very spacious and clean , inside the room have balcony. the hotel is near kunming railways ,if we ride didi arround 9-10 yuan. Very convenient.. if you type like quite this hotel is the right choise . helpful staff , i told the staff my flight was night , the staff give me extend two hour from checkout time. Highly recommended!! thank you and will come back again for sure ..

Villa is very spacious, hotel’s environment is nice and quiet. Staffs are friendly, responsive and professional. By car, approximately 15 mins to Lijiang Ancient Town, 30 mins to Railway station, 40 mins to Yulong snow mountain. One of the room has the amazing view of Yulong Snow Mountain. Can take Didi from the side road, not necessary to take buggy to the main lobby. As the place is huge, buggy might take a while to arrive. House-keeping staffs have initiative. The toilet light was faulty and couldn’t be turned off and the drainage system in the sinks and bathroom wasn’t draining the waste water fast enough. When I returned to the villa in the evening, they were fixed even before I informed house keeping.

Super friendly staff, convenient location and great amenities. The breakfast was good, but could be improved with a wider variety for western travellers. Definitely we recommend it to any who wants to visit Lijiang.

The B&B is very good, very clean, and the parking lot is very convenient. I stayed for three nights and was picked up at the airport. The people were super nice and helped with the luggage. They were very welcoming. If I felt uncomfortable, I could also have ginger tea. I could sit down on the sixth floor and rest to watch the snow-capped mountains. It was great. I highly recommend it. It is very cost-effective. I recommend it.

This was so far the best stay we had in China! The hotel is new, very clean and in a great and calm location just 5 min walk from the old town. The room was big and very comfortable with great heating system and amenities, the bed was comfortable and toilet clean and big. Shower was great with hot water and good pressure. The breakfast was delicious, with many choices from western and chinese cuisine. The laundry room has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, maybe considering the size of hotel would be great to add more, but still we managed to take care of our clothes. The hotel staff is professional, provided us daily everything we need in the room. The room was cleaned every day. Everyday there was a new fruit plate in our room which we enjoyed a lot. Simply the best!

The guy at the front desk helped us carry our luggage when we arrived and left. The girl responded to travel consultation questions very patiently, answered our questions, and helped us plan our tour routes and recommend food. Thank you very much~ The rooftop terrace with the snow-capped mountains is really a highlight of the homestay. The large glass windows can overlook the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Unfortunately, it was raining when we came and the weather was bad and we couldn't see the snow-capped mountains. If the afternoon tea snacks can be increased in some categories and some local special snacks can be added, it will be a plus. This will not only enrich the choices, but also allow guests to directly experience the local flavor culture. It is a good experience point! Notice that the homestay offers Pu'er tea tasting projects, which is a good idea! However, it feels that arranging time separately may be a bit inconvenient for some guests. It is recommended to consider integrating Pu'er tea tasting into the afternoon tea time, so that guests can enjoy snacks while tasting tea, which not only makes reasonable use of the leisure time of afternoon tea, but also can naturally experience Pu'er tea culture.
