Amazing stay for family. Cigarette smell is rampant in the entire Yunnan, but this hotel did well in keeping cigarettes away. Nice yulong mountain view from the hotel room. Try the buffet dinner if u r here on Saturday night.

The location is good and it is close to the station. The room facilities are complete and everything is available. The bedding is clean and tidy and changed for each guest. The key is that they wash it themselves and dry it in the rooftop greenhouse. The reception service is very enthusiastic and they picked us up at the station. The room we stayed in has a view of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Before leaving, we caught up with the good weather and took pictures of the beautiful snow-capped mountains with our mobile phone. It was my first time in Lijiang and I stayed here for two nights. I left with satisfaction and gave it a five-star rating!

Hotel located exactly at dukezong city with the windows overlooking songzanlin monestary. Owner is knowledgeable and accommodating. Really nice guy. He speaks really good English! Told us he used to teach English, a tour guide and also experienced photographer~. He show us comparison of 18 years ago dukezong from his photo album and current dukezong. Told us story how Shangrila name come about. We chats about his cats, one particular kitten named Puma is very naughty. Enjoyed being in his lobby where he set up the fireplace and the cats getting heat there. At lobby there's peanut and walnut on the table, we able to enjoy them while chit chatting. I really enjoyed being in this boutique hotel. All his staff can speak simple English too~ The bed is warm and toasty. I feel it's a blessing when we check in, it was snowing lightly as well. I can see owner have great personality and an animal lover. If I ever visit Shangrila I will surely extend my stay in this hotel; just to have story time with the owner. ❤️

The 2 bedroom suite was humongous with nice marble flooring in living room and bathrooms. Families staying would want to take note that there is only 1 shower room and the other bathroom is a powder room. Housekeeping is daily, and bathroom slippers were exceptionally luxurious. Many good TV channels are available and smart remote for curtains. Service Butler service via wechat group chat was a bonus. They helped give tips on where to go and how to purchase the tickets to Jade Dragon Mountain. Extremely responsive in rendering help from replenishing bottled water to housekeeping. Location For travellers taking train, this is just across Lijiang High Speed Train Station Breakfast Buffet style with nice noodles and variety.

The hotel is in a walking distance from Lijiang railway station. Even the hotel is not located in the old town area but it's good for us to mobilize from the hotel to the attraction places. Highly recommended for travel using China high speed railway services.

The hotel environment is first-class, and the resort hotel is no more than that. You can see the snow-capped mountains right at the entrance of the hotel. It's beautiful. The breakfast was rich and the room was clean. It's very convenient to come here by train and get off in just a few minutes. Finally, the service attitude is really good. Come again next time!

If you are lucky and the weather is good, the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain with the lake view should be nice. If there are too many clouds and fog and no beautiful scenery, it will be very bad to just look at the hardware of the room: 1. The room facilities are very old, and there are many cracks in the bathtub. 2. It takes a long time to get hot water, so long that I wonder if there is no hot water. 3. The design of the room is anti-human. To draw a curtain, you have to climb up the bathtub and then climb up the windowsill. The curtain is not drawn tightly and light comes in. 4. The homestay is run together with the cafe. The cafe downstairs allows smoking and the smoke is very strong. It is not suitable for bringing children. Advantages: 1. The weather is good and the scenery is good, with mountains and lakes. 2. The proprietress is very nice, very enthusiastic and responsive. 3. Close to the train station and airport.

Lijiang's scarce natural hot springs are really amazing. The first time I went to Lijiang, I found such a treasure. It was a worthwhile trip! The small garden is great! There is also a children's paradise specially prepared for children. And it is also very close to the attractions. After playing for a day, I came back to the bubble hot spring. I didn’t want to go out to play the next day. I wanted to stay in the hotel and soak in the hot springs. I made tea in the stove.

The hotel is very new, there is a separate parking lot, there is an elevator, and it is very convenient to go up and down. The room is large, very bright, the bathroom is very clean, the water pressure is very large, and the bath is very comfortable. The air conditioning is good. The two big beds are very comfortable. The bedding is clean and tidy. WIFI quality is OK. The hotel has a washing machine and is free to use.

I drove very late that day. The hotel has its own parking lot. The staff is very patient and enthusiastic. They helped us upgrade the room type for free. It is also very warm.
