Servicenya excelent! Ramah dan mereka bisa menggunakan bahasa inggris dan mandarin.
Kamarnya luas tersedia double bed cocok untuk 2-3 orang. Tersedia bak mandi untuk berendam air hangat dan bath scrub untuk melepas lelah setelah berjalan sekitar ancient town. Design hotel bernuansa tempat tinggal kerajaan sangat mirip dengan di chinese movie. Lokasinya berada di tengah ancient town, ketika sampai kita butuh jalan kurang dari 5 menit dari gate ke hotel.
Mereka juga dapat membantumu merekomendasikan tempat makan dan info wisata sekitar ancient town dan lijiang.
The service is excellent! Friendly and they can use both English and Mandarin.
The room is spacious with a double bed suitable for 2-3 people. There is a bathtub for soaking in warm water and a bath scrub to relieve fatigue after walking around the ancient town. The hotel design has a royal residence feel very similar to the Chinese movie. The location is in the middle of the ancient town, when we arrived it took less than 5 minutes to walk from the gate to the hotel.
They can also help you recommend places to eat and tourist information around the ancient town and Lijiang.

I was on a. trip to China with my brother and in the 10-day period, this stay was by far the best experience I have had.
*Location* -- This is as central as it gets when it comes to Lijiang Old Town. If you book this, you're literally in the heart of Old Town with pretty much all the spots nearby, including the market square and the famous Dashi bridge.
*Cleanliness* -- The property is a renovated old chinese-style housing with all the modern fixtures and amenities. We would also like to thank Rose for helping us with breakfast and other room features.
*Service* -- A class apart. Please stay for more than 3 nights and you'll understand what I mean.
*Facilities* -- All the facilities mentioned in the booking were present including smart toilet, perfect bedding, souvenirs, ginger tea (our favourite part) and other things.
Not only Julia helped with the stay - but she also recommended places to us, shared a kettle of tea or two.
We are grateful to Jeff/Julia who helped us navigate some local trips to Xixhou Old Town and Jade Snow Mountain.
We will definitely visit again. Staying in Lijiang cannot get better than this.

It’s a small cosy bed and breakfast with the cutest and most attentive hosts. I was upgraded to a bigger room with a window and two floors. Heated blanket is provided but I didn’t have to use it as the room was already toasty warm just with the heater. The toilet has a bidet, just the perfect addition. The host is extremely attentive and helpful, always asking if I need any tea or snacks whenever they see me.
I also got help from the hotel in securing my day tour at jade dragon snow mountain. The host also packed some food for my mountain day trip, and when I came back, offered some ginger tea and snacks. I was so touched as I was completely exhausted and extremely hungry! Everyone at the hotel was so nice and attentive it made for a very comfortable stay. Oh yes, and don’t have to worry if you don’t know much Chinese as they are able to speak English as well!
The location is very convenient, right next to Mu’s mansion. So even if i just wonder around or if my phone map doesn’t work, i just followed directions to mu’s mansion and found the hotel very easily.
Overall I was very happy with my stay here. Thank you!!

Great location within the Old Town! Reception staff were so hospitable and kind. Room was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. On days when we had an early start, they made sure to pack our breakfast and were so responsive in sharing food and tour recommendations. They even helped to arrange pick up and drop off services. Highly recommended!

Julia and Jeff supper kindly..also staff are all kind and helpful... location was perfect rooms are big and clean. We stay 4 nights and had great time there.. if we go back to Lijiang again absolutely back to artistic suite again....🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

The location was superb. Right in Lijiang ancient city but yet quiet. The hospitality from lady boss Julia and her team were awesome. Always making sure we are comfortable during our 4days stay. We got to Lijiang without any planning and Julia managed to help us secure tickets to the Jade Dragon Snow mountain. Room is very clean, breakfast was okay. I will definitely return!

The service was excellent. The lady boss Julia and hubby, and the 2 staffs Xiao Rou and Xiao Xiao are super nice, help us a lot with providing us information and recommendation of tours, places to eat etc. good recommendation. We love the breakfast. The mee xian is super delicious. We will surely recommend to friends.
