- Location: Very near the Dashuiche but still in the heart of Lijiang ancien town, just steps away from bustling streets filled with shops, restaurants, and cultural sites. - Hotel design: charming blend of traditional architecture and modern comforts. The rooms are beautifully designed, full amenity, comfortable bedding with AC and electric blankets which are invaluable in the snowing days in Lijiang. Our rooms also offer stunning views of the surrounding mountains and ancient rooftops. - Staff: warm and very friendly, best ever 😄. Summer and his brother and sisters provided us exceptional service throughout the stay. They kept contact us before arrival, helped us arrange the tickets, tour to Yulong mountain (unluckily, we could not make it to Yulong because of the heavy snow but we got full refund with just a little transport fee). They also gave us recomendation of very good restaurants and lead us there if we can not find the location. Highly recommended!

Very excellent service, friendly staffs, very clean as well. Me and my family enjoyed the Rose Pastry given by the staff, it was the best Rose Pastry we ever had throughout our trip in Yunnan. Also the oatmilk drink they made for us every night is very nice too! Just a few things to take note of, this place is located right inside Lijiang Ancient City so cars are not allowed to go in, you will need to travel by foot to reach to the inn. The inn have a staff to help pick up your luggages from outside the Ancient City to the inn and it is quite abit of a walk and a few flights of stairs to climb as well. Highly recommended for adults to stay but not-so senior citizen friendly due to the number of stairs needed to climb.

我住過國內外相當多的酒店，很少在網上點評，這次我覺得有必要説説我的感受。入住這家民宿我的體驗很不好！我來過雲南麗江很多次，這次帶着家人孩子從上海到雲南旅遊將近20天，其中麗江住了4晚，2晚住在古城內的這家民宿，2晚住古城外的五星標準酒店。住這家民宿不好的體驗如下：1.我是預訂7月6日入住，7月5日下午16:07分虎牙發消息説隔壁客棧今天開始在裝修，當我看到消息時已經不能取消預訂。2，7月6日入住當天08:38分之前並沒有主動聯繫我告知有關入住接待訊息，是我主動聯繫他們告知我是從瀘沽湖自駕抵達，並詢問停車位置。3，衞生間淋浴房水滲漏到洗漱空間，滿地都是水，衞生間層高很低，舉手可觸及。顯得有些壓抑。4 房間內除了床以外衹有一張椅子可坐。除了一個木架子外沒有更多衣櫥。5，早餐很差，主食是白切饅頭和白米稀飯，小孩不想吃，希望來碗普通的米線或麪條，應該不算過份要求吧，回覆説他們早餐是一天吃米線一天吃白饅頭輪換着，難道就不能照顧一下一個孩子嗎？ 6 民宿提供的玉龍雪山冰川公園一日遊線路成人報價比較高，而且小孩的費用與成人收費相同（衹是小孩門票優惠的部分相應扣除），我自己聯繫的旅行社價格比他們的報價便宜不少，而且是純玩不購物，並且是小包團價格！另外酒店處於鬧中取靜，因為民宿處於一個高坡上，需要爬一段坡度。除此之外提個建議，安排的古城停車場10元/小時，全天100元對自駕的遊客並不友好（當然不是民宿經營者的問題），但民宿老闆如果在古城邊或附近聯繫個性價比高的停車位的話一定給民宿加分，也可成為一個賣點，對自駕的遊客來説不僅節省了一點費用，更重要的是讓遊客感受到一種温暖以及民宿老闆的經營之道！民宿好的地方是對於我們較長時間在外旅遊的人來説，提供洗衣機和晾曬衣服場所還是很給力的！

Lived 3 nights at this hotel, the overall services are satisfied and amazing. Contacted us in advance for picking up from the gate of old town and arranged free transfer to airport. Breakfast is yummy and healthy. Like the style of design and the location is near to identical place Da Shui Che. Must try when you come to Lijiang at first time.

We had a wonderful stay at Old Town Palace Inn in Lijiang. From the moment we landed, the staff went above and beyond—they arranged a car to pick us up from the airport and even had someone meet us to carry our luggage through the narrow cobbled streets (cars can’t get into the ancient city). That same staff member later gave us a personalized walking tour of the old town, which really helped us get our bearings and understand its cultural history better. Our room overlooked the rooftops of the ancient city with the mountains in the distance—absolutely beautiful. The location is right in the heart of the old town, so you’re surrounded by everything: winding cobblestone streets, curved rooftops, great coffee shops, rose cakes, costume rentals, and some fantastic restaurants. One thing to note: the hotel is fairly close to bar street, so you’ll hear music at night. It wasn’t overwhelming for us—more of a soft, rhythmic beat in the background—but if you’re a light sleeper, it’s something to keep in mind. Breakfast was excellent, and the hotel’s traditional architecture really adds to the charm. The staff was consistently kind and accommodating—I even texted them in the mornings to ask for coffee, and they always brewed a fresh pot of Yunnan's finest beans with a smile. Overall, it was a comfortable, memorable way to experience the charm of Lijiang’s ancient city. Highly recommend for anyone wanting an authentic stay with wonderful hospitality.
